If you see this Raf, I'm gonna hook you up with a figure that I'm sure you don't have, just as a way of saying thank you for these guys (not to mention the Boba Fetts) if that's alright with ya!
You're too kind, no worries my friend. I'm glad they arrived well and enjoy!

I wasn't crazy about it.. saw it about 2 weekends ago. Kind of a continuation from the first 2 batman animated films. Same voice talent and so fourth. It's worth a watch but not sure i'd purchase it.

My big problems for this new film and the other two are that they kinda base it on a specific comic story but very quickly throw that concept to the wind and just do their own thing for the most part (which could've been a good move but never seems to be) but then my really big issue is how frivolous they are with killing the characters. Batman doesn't kill but apparently every other member of his costumed-family holds no such quarrels as pretty much every villain dies in every movie which is a little annoying. Mainly on Bad Blood though characters are thrown in with little to no background introduction (very irritating if you aren't already in the know about these characters) and there are some weird/bad jokes thrown in to lighten things up. I can't say that I hate any of these new animated movies or their new shared universe but they all fall behind what DC's animated features were doing before, Gods and Monsters was actually pretty good but then that wasn't a part of this shared-universe stuff. If you're a Bat-Fan then Bad Blood is worth a watch I guess but if you're not then it's cheesy with a side of "ugh," Then again not every modern DC animated feature is going to be Under the Red Hood level stuff so take that as you will.

I bought it mostly for the collecting part of it, but, I will see it and more than likely enjoy it just because it's...well, it's Batman folks!

I think all you guys got my shipments because I went out today and everything is gone! How can this be LOL
I went looking at other Targets and Walmarts and TRU and it's like a wasteland. They stocked up for Christmas and once that was all gone it's back to being bare again as usual. Maybe I need to head on over to Texas and go shopping at Raf's HAHAHA

If you've seen batman VS Robin and batman Son of batman animated films and you liked them, then you'll like this. it's worth a watch but it's not in the leagues with into the red hood, mask of the phantasm etc batman animated movies.

I'm waiting for that Killing Joke animated film, should be out sometime this year.

Oh ok, yes I saw those 2 and I did like them. And yes, under the redhood is one of my favorites too.

I actually liked it, these are better then the marvel animation movies that they were doing. Although I think they stopped making those. It was cool seeing Bat-Woman too since I have her Koto bish statue.

Went to Target today and was surprised by a new TMNT figure....Robug and Dim. X Casey & April. I left with Robug. Have to say, one of the better TMNT figures in an otherwise poor, but par for the course Playmates TMNT line. What's weird is that there was no mention of these figures. They just kind of appeared out of nowhere.

Pickups from the last week or so (sorry, no pic):
-NECA Voldemort & Harry
-NECA Sarah Conner
-Star Wars Unleashed Count Dooku
-Star Wars Saga Jabba the Hutt
-Marvel Select Cable
-Wing Zero Gundam model kit

Today I received these two Star Wars die cast vehicles via Fed Ex. These were still available on the Disney Store website when I last checked but they are limited to two per customer. These two ships generally don’t last long when they’re in stock on the website so you’d better get them while they’re at the $20 price point:

Star Destroyer

Millennium Falcon

These guys arrived in the mail today and I gotta say that they're swell. The Flametrooper is another very nice First Order soldier figure with the same overall good paint and articulation as the rest of his FO pals. However the Flametrooper's wrists sports up and down hinges as opposed to everybody else having in and out hinges which is odd, then his torso joint doesn't really allow for front and back movement like the others but it does swivel and have pretty good leaning range to the sides. Overall it's a pretty cool toy for a trooper that wasn't all that common in the film. Han Solo (or So-Old rather) though is amazing in hand. He sports the same good articulation as pretty much every other Black Series figure but he just looks so damn good, like he actually looks like old Harrison Ford in hand. He looks better in hand even then all of those official solicit shots which had me a bit skeptical of my want for this toy at first. My only nitpick is that all he comes with is his single pistol and nothing else. Maybe including the gun he gave Rey would've been a nice touch but as is it's not bad but it feels like they went absolute minimum on the accessory front. As an end note which I'm pretty sure was also addressed with the Jango Fett toy these guys' guns feel very soft and gummy, like they had some kind of breakage concern or something at Hasbro, it just feels weird in hand.

I'm not really sure what all the hoopla over Jango's pistols were, as while mine were definitely made of a rubber material, they were far from being soft and gummy. Maybe it was an issue with managed to get a hand of the first run?

Soft and gummy is a gross exaggeration on my part but they do bend easily (thankfully they return to normal shape quickly). I don't see how there could be any kind of first-run/second-run difference yet since I ordered mine from Amazon as soon as they officially listed them. Pretty much every review I've read and seen has noted on the softer plastic used so it's not just a "some have it others don't" scenario either. It's not really an issue but it's worth mentioning since there is now a possibility then that every new accessory in the line could be like these.

Nice...i used to be heavy into collecting Spawn action figures (aka statues). I'm a firm believe McFarlane is the reason the toy industry stepped up it's "sculpting" game.

You are one lucky dude! I'm so desperate for that Daredevil. If anyone in the US would be so kind as to ship me one I'll pay you for it! I don't think I'll ever see one here in the UK.

No doubt about that! Say what you will about McFarlane Toys now, but just take a look at toys before 1995, and after 1995 when McFarlane Toys (Todd Toys) came to be. And you'll see that is the point in history where toys became collectibles. (I think McFarlane Toys' sport figures played a big part in the death of Starting Lineups.) For that, McFarlane Toys will always hold a special place in my toy-collecting heart.
