I think the Select Deadpool gets a lot of shit for its lackluster articulation (granted the articulation is dated) but it is still a really cool collectible figure.

It seems to have been re-released, here in the UK at least.

It was re-released here as well and in force. My guess is that since they didn't make a figure for the movie they still wanted to catch the hype train and bank in on Deadpool's newest popularity boom so they re-issued the comic figure.

Yeah, I agree with you and En Saba, this figure is just fine. He's a good value for the money because he comes with a lot of stuff. He can't really hold his rifle in a convincing rifle-firing pose, but you can just use it with another figure. It's better than paying an arm and a leg for an official Marvel Legends version or worrying about quality and lead based paint on a KO figure.

I spotted maybe 4 or 5 General Hux figures back in January, but passed on them, because at the time, I thought that surely he'd end up a peg-warmer, and that I'd have plenty of opportunities to pick him up.
I was SOOOOO wrong. Until yesterday, the only other time that I had seen any other figures from his wave was on one occasion a couple of months ago, when I spotted a single Asty and a lone Snowtrooper.
But anyways, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him at a local Game Stop yesterday.

Part of me suspected for some reason that Hux would be desired so I scooped him up the moment I found one at Walmart, that remains the only Hux I've ever seen. I like the figure overall.

I didn't even know Hux came out. My stores have been flooded with everyone from the first two waves.

I was actually very lucky and found Hux back in January when he was first released, for whatever reason though Hux was very sought after and wasn't easy to come by. He has definitely cooled down now though and I've seen a number of decent to good online options.

Not interested in the game; got FN-2187 from a buddy who didn't want him.

Isn't that the unfortunate truth. I actually thought pre Secret Wars Rocket Raccoon was pretty good, but I'm partial to Skottie Young's work. I dunno what happened, Marvel didn't retain any of the good writers, and gave Guardians of the Galaxy to Bendis. Enough said.

Skottie Young's Rocket and Groot book could just be page after page of doodles with no driving narrative or dialogue and it would still be worth it.

It kinda was, for one issue. As you probably recall.
20+ pages of "I AM GROOT".

And it was spectacular.

Apparently I have been on a Star Wars kick:

Movie realization Vader to round out my trio.
Hux and Asty to add to my black series figures and a nice looking Infinity Boba Fett.

My friend told me he picked up the tmnt technodrome and tactical truck on clearance at Target only a few weeks after they hit retail. I thought he was lying until I happened to be on a random hunt and came across a few hidden. I grabbed one of each just cause I couldn't pass them up. Then I saw all of the new Ghostbusters stuff on clearance too!!! This literally just hit stores and the movie isn't even out yet! I don't know if this is an employee mistake or retailer mistake but either way great deals. I'm gonna check a few other stores later. Has anyone had the same luck? I heard the Mattel Multiverse figures are marked down at Target too but I haven't seen any.

There is no way that Technodrome is as cheap as it says.

That's the wrong DCPI, but I do want that playset if I can get it under $10!

I'm not surprised they looked hysterically bad and the movie looks even worse.

Same here in the southeast.

I could go shopping right now and find ANY figure from waves 1 through 3, even multiple Phasmas and Reys, but subsequent waves have been nearly impossible to find.
Wave 4 (aside from a few random sightings) has largely been nowhere to be found since January, I've only seen Wave 5 at one Walgreens, TRU, and a single Target, and wave 6 doesn't seem to have arrived anywhere near me yet.

Blaster has always been cool. I eagerly await the reuse of this figure as Soundwave.

In my area it is extremely hard to find the new Stay Puft figure, probably because he represents the original movie. I spent weeks casually checking around for one before I finally nabbed one at Target. Since it was only $10 I think it does a good job of just standing around.
