Been in a TF craze lately.

I am so happy. I actually have the full wave ordered but I was impatient to get Sabine. The plan is to paint this one into her season two look eventually.

Looks like a lot of people have been picking up Sabine lately !

It took me 6 months until I finally found the 6" SWB Ahsoka Tano, and I wasn't planning on making that same mistake with Sabine, so I snagged her from Amazon for only $23.
She was one of two "must haves" currently on my shopping list, so I'm relieved that I, quite possibly, saved myself months and months of frustrating and disappointing hunting trips.

So, I've only heard murmurs and whispers around here about all of the awesome sales going on for Marvel Legends right now, but for anyone who hasn't heard yet, Wal-Mart's online store and Amazon have SOOOO many Legends on sale for crazy cheap prices !
The Space Venom and Abomination waves are by far the best deals I've seen so far, and can be picked up for only $6-$11 per figure !

Silk was the second figure on my aforementioned "must have" list, and with the Space Venom wave only showing up at the TRU in my area, and in small numbers, I hadn't spotted her in stores yet.
Picking her up for only $11 almost made up for having to wait so many months to finally add her to my collection

Now, I'd better return to the Christmas Eve celebrations !!!

It's all 18 movies they ever made, so all three Puppet Master movies and stuff. I'm not familiar with this company outside of PM, but my g/f loves their work.

And yes, these are all from our friends. Roughly, 1 item from each friend for each of us. Except for the Gundam stuf becuase my friend bought me the Qubeley and it wasn't scheduled to arrive before our party so he bought me the original Gundam in its place only to have the Qubeley arrive the day of the party. :-p

Speaking of which, this is what my g/f and I got each other:

There were a bit more than three Puppet Master movies...there were at least 6 or 7...although I think I read somewhere that they were up to part 9.

Demonic Toys, Gingerdead Man, and Dollman are hoots! I recommend!

My bad, it's the movies Charles Band did for Full Moon. It has Puppet Master 1-3, Subspecies 1-3, Trancers 1-3, Crash and Burn, Doctor Mordred, Castle Freak, The Pit and the Pendulum, Robot Wars, Arcade, Dollman, and Demonic Toys.

They did quite abit of puppet master movies buddy, im a huge fan of theirs as well. Full moon makes some odd but very cool movies.

I have a few of the figures never completed the set still working on it. You got one hell of a score dude.

Those are some good flicks. Puppet Master 3, Trancers, Pit and the Pendulum, Dollman, and Demonic Toys are all favorites of mine.

Too bad that they left out the Puppet Master/Demonic Toys crossover. That flick was awesome.

I used to have all of the Full Moon Puppet Master toys before I ended up selling them off some years ago. I regret that, as they have jumped up in price ever since. The theme to the movies is also among my favorites when it comes to horror films.

I still have a few of the figures, i guess due to the age of them, they're starting to get that sticky plastic feeling on them...

Christmas haul!

Some thoughts left to right:
The Hellboy model is pretty cool but takes quite a while to build since it uses nothing but small parts.
Hamburger head Spawn looks great and that's about all he's meant to do so mission accomplished I guess. I did notice that this version's guns are a different deco than the masked version.
The titanium Death Star rotates which makes the laser spin!
Clan leader predator is a beast, 'nuf said.
Sabine is cool and I'd like to think that once I start watching Rebels I'll like it more but as is she's still a very well done and great looking figure.
Revan was the single figure I was most looking forward to and he doesn't disappoint. The sculpt is great, the paint is clean, and his hood doesn't make him look as tall as I was worried it might. It was really nice of them to give him not only two lightsabers but the Sith hilt is from the original KOTOR while the Jedi hilt is from the TOR MMO. The only real downside is that they chose to fray the ends of his cape and skirt so I had quite a few loose strings falling out as I was messing with him.
Soundwave is cool but pretty clunky, red eyes would have been preferred but yellow does match his original toy so that's fine.
The AT-AT pilot is basically the same as the TIE pilot but a little bigger. He has less shoulder movement but his head is rather free to look around.
The Snowtrooper is yet another pretty great toy but his skirt limits a lot of leg options very much like the TFA Snowtrooper skirts did. I'm not sure if his body suit should be as cream colored as it is but it does look good anyway and I love the battle of Hoth so seeing it get some appreciation with both Imperial Hoth troops in one wave is fantastic.
Soundwave's minions are a mixed bag. Laserbeak is solid all around but Ravage suffers from being clunky and not a lot clicks into place so he feels flimsy. If they hadn't been forced into triple changer roles they probably each would have benefited but they do compliment Soundwave very well.

Love it. He's well built since he's on the AVP body but his paint is all clean and none of mine was stuck or malformed. The only thing I can't give any thoughts to is how his mask fits him since I haven't bothered to put it on since I just love how his face looks as is. Cool paint scheme, well done tentacles, and an awesome axe/spear combo weapon. Like I said, I love it.
