Figma did their usual good work here on all fronts, that combined with my having not paid full price for it leaves nothing to complain about.

Thank you and I still don't know much about Overwatch but that's a nice looking figure.

Nice! Aren't you glad the scale between Hasbro and Figma is identical so they can play together? I have both Hasbro and Figma Genji and they're nearly the same size! Figma's Genji's got nicer articulation and paint work is better, but that's to be expected for the price difference. I would never pay Figma princes for character like Junkrat, and I can't imagine how many billion dollars would a Figma Reinhart cost. Like you mentioned, I'm just sad Hasbro never got to make a mech for D.Va.

It was a pretty big relief when I got some of Hasbro's in hand and saw that Figma's Tracer fit right in, mainly because I could then save money by going with the Hasbro option when available. I don't even want to think about how much Figma tanks (besides Zarya, she's normal-sized) would've cost if they'd even make any.

Yesterday at Walmart I found the studio series Sentinel Prime. This is just an all around great transformer figure. The sculpting on his robot mode is ridiculously good and then his firetruck mode winds up being very solidly put together. When promotional pictures first went up for him he looked like he had a lot of black plastic which had me worried, but in hand it's actually a pretty good looking metallic grey gun-metal color (except for his hands and wheels which are black). His double-sword is handled in a kind of neat way where it actually does wind up being a part of the truck mode, so while this means that one side of his blade will look like pieces of the side of a truck it also means that it has good built-in storage and even then the other sides are sculpted to look like a sword. For the size and price I don't think they could've done him any better.

Then fittingly since it is May the 4th, the Black Series Boba Fett helmet I pre-ordered arrived today. I don't have pics to share but it is pretty damn cool, especially how they actually pulled off the worn and weathered effects.

Speaking of which, her other order came in, which included two series she bought for me:

I hope you have the anime version of Diamond is Unbreakable Part 1 too.

There is a live action Diamond is Unbreakable directed by Takashi Miike?

Oh, it's a movie and not a tv series. Well, I still need to watch it.

My wife has all of the previous Jo Jo's set. She's the big fan, I was slightly interested in the franchise back in the 90s when I only had access to small snipits around it, but these days, there's so much out there I just simply don't have time to get into Jo JO's.

All of them came from Rightstuf.

Yeah, I love Noir and happy to have finally picked it up on BD. It was the second series I ever saw fansubbed back in 2001.

Found Ghost at Walgreens! Was very happy to see the reports of Mcfarlane switching his scale up to 7in were not correct and he is still the same size as the rest of the CoD line...
