VI is my personal favorite, which is why Square never seems to do anything with it. Not just game wise, but even merch wise too.

Agreed and agreed, though considering how Square seems to handle remasters, that might be OK. LoM was ok, but Chrono Cross looks underwhelming, and has no physical to boot. I'm fine just holding onto the SNES cart until death, in VI's case. I'd love some damned figures, though. I'd buy any of them, but Mog, Shadow, and Setzer would be instant pick ups. Hell, I'd even buy them as static figurines at this point.

VI is FFIII on the SNES right? That was actually the first FF game I ever played... before that I was strictly a Dragon Warrior guy on the NES finishing I-IV. Unfortunately I never finished VI... I like got really close to the end and just gave up. LOL. VI had amazing music and graphics though. I think FFIII is on the SNES classic... if I ever pick one of those up I would be tempted to give it a go again and try and finish it.

I'm not sure if it's on the classic or not (though it should be), I passed on that because I'm sitting on a hundred or so SNES games- the only one I didn't have was Starfox 2 (obviously). Emulation would be the way to go there, especially since the fast forward function can speed up some of the more tedious aspects that generally come with older turn-based rpgs. |

VI ended up becoming my favorite with IX in second place.

Yep, but I never played them on the SNES. VII was my first FF game and I played both that and VIII when they first came out, only to get so pissed off after beating VIII that I never touched another FF until XII came out in 2006. Then in 2007 I picked up the original that was released for the PSP and it got me in the mood for the series. As such, I immediatel picked up the PSP version if II, DS remake of III, the GBA remasters of IV, V, and VI, along with VII-X for PS1/PS2, and XI on the 360.
VI ended up becoming my favorite with IX in second place.

I enjoyed VIII much more the second time around in 2007 and I think knowing what to expect out of the finale this time around helped. However, it still wouldn't be a top pic for me. Here are my FF rankings: 1. VI 2. IX 3. IV 4. VII 5. V 6. XII 7. II 8. I 9. VIII 10. III 11. X 12. XI 13. XIII I am not an online gamer, so I couldn't figure XI out and quit after 2 hours but I would still try it again well before I ever give XIII another second of my life. At some point I do want to give XV a try. My wife loved it, though, XVI looks to be a more traditional Final Fantasy game, which has me intrigued.

It's a bit complicated to explain, but the last bit of the game had royally pissed me off when I first played through it. I got stuck at the boss fight with Adel where Rinoa is attached to her chest for like 2 months. I couldn't beat it so I had rage quit the game for about a month and then beat her when I came back. Following that, I was not thrilled with the final castle, losing all of my stuff and having to spend like 3 hours trying to get it all back, only for the final boss fight to take another 2 hours to beat. Once I beat VIII I was just burnt out so I sold both off both VII and VIII to pay for Parasite Eve II. Boy, was that a mistake.

It's also worth mentioning that Mystic Quest gets no love, and I do understand why, but as a westerner in the early 90's, it was a lot of people's intro to RPGs. It'll always hold a spot on my own list for nostalgia's sake, warts and all. |

This is a great playset. Hasbro should have gone full color on the directions and made the gun closet removable so the guns can be placed inside. I packed the guns and the plastic knows in a plastic bag and threw them in the closet.

Got Kingdom Rhinox. I almost didnt But I was getting sick of T30's loose legs. Whoever at Hasbro came up with the leg transformation. Should be hung by there toes and used as a Pinata. I wanted to try and swap the Thrilling 30's Show accurate head with the Kingdom head but that Kingdom Head won't budge
