![]() ![]() ![]() A few shots of the more than 100 Lego compatible mini figures I've acquired in the last month. Some of my favorites include: Suicide Squad Movie #2 set, a few missing figures to round out my GA JSA, and a myriad of minis I never thought to find. Amanda Waller (and there are mini Starros you can attach to their faces), Peacemaker, Javelin, TDK, King Shark, Harley Quinn, Savant, and more. They go nicely with my Suicide Squad Movie #1 set. Clark Kent Superman, Containment Suit (red and blue) Superman, Blue Beetle, Steppenwolf, 1984 Gold Wonder Woman, Black suit Superman, Blight from Batman Beyond Animated, Guy Gardner, Golden Age Flash, Deathstroke Terminator, Azrael, Shazam, Isis, the Trickster, Cheetah, Vixen, Batman Beyond Inque, and non DC Great Mazinger and Lady Death. Too many to list, but I'm well over 400 minis now. I seriously had to google that. ![]() Last edited by Cyclopswc; 01-13-2024 at 07:18 PM.. |

Yay! A fellow "Lego compatible mini figures" collector! Thanks to them we can get figures that Lego would never touch with a 10-foot pole (like Suicide Squad). Some of these are actually better made than the actual Lego release (like the Bad Batch).
I seriously had to google that. ![]() ![]()

After being lost in the mail for a week, my GameStop order of Wonder Woman finally arrived. Can't believe that I actually got both versions, too!

Happy I passed on this wave. Looking forward to Spectre and Psycho Pirate (still). And would gladly pay a premium for either of these, Mr. Todd. ![]() Hope to hear from you soon. |

Did you intentionally order both versions?

So they sent you a version you didn't even ask for?

That's how the chase variants work. I distinctly remember a couple of years ago when their Swamp Thing came out there was a whole ordeal where people were ordering him online but getting the "artist proof" unpainted chase version instead so they'd have to return that one, order another, and cross their fingers that they'd get the normal one.

People aren't that crazy about variants anymore, except for POPs people, maybe? That's why Harbinger said in the DC thread: |

It happened to me. I received the dumb gray version and had to return it. Folk on the floor filling orders do not or do not know the difference.

You must be relatively young, Dr. Kain. You don't remember back in the the days when 2-3 dudes in their 40s, standing outside Toys R Us at 9:55am waiting for the door to open, then as soon as it opens, race down the toy aisles to the McFarlane section (or Hot Wheels section), hoping to be the first to reach that new case with the ONE per case variant. To be fair, back in the days, the variant is the more sought-after figure, normally one in a case and normally pretty cool (like all gold, or different pain job), and definitely sold for higher price on eBay. You can buy the regular one anywhere, but the variant is rare.

![]() ![]() ![]() Got my Mcfarlane Wonder Woman today and I got the Platnium Edition one. It's my first PE Mcfarlane figure and I am ok with it. I don't mind the colors except for the Blue gauntlets. It's a great figure worth the 4 year wait. |
