"Yeah, you do. We see you." (WTF?)

Moron. If I was the one that opened them, I wouldn't be buying an unopened one in the first place would I?

^ What a jerk. And if they actually did pay that close attention, then they would have already caught the guy cutting up the bags, too, instead of hassling a regular customer. smh.

Recent haul (maybe a group pic later tonight):

- DOTM Leader and Voyager Sentinel Prime for under $40 total @ Marshall's
- TFP Cyberverse Legion Fallback, Tailgate and Knockout (single pack) @ Walmart
- Beast Wars Manterror, Razorbeast, Armordillo and TMII Prowl @ my LCS
- Beast Machines Quickstrike @ my LCS

Also picked up a G1 Throttlebot Wideload @ my LCS for my daughter. Already own a full set of Throttlebots myself, but for $4, it was worth the astonished look I got from her when she realized Wideload was a) hers and b) older than she is.

Oooh, would you mind throwing up a pic of Quickstrike as well!

And yeah, I've been getting attention ever since I tried to stash these two Joes a while back. Despite that I still go there, *sigh*. Was hoping to score those new 6" Spidey figs.

Well doesn't sound like there was much more you can do. If I find open packages I def try to point it out to somebody who works there so they can report it to LP. There are 2 reasons I do this: 1. because if you don't and someone sees you with the open package they will jump to conclusions and 2. their Loss Prevention peeps need to know where it was stolen from so they can be more aware of that sort of thing.

Truly sorry they assumed you were the one stealing just because you frequent. which would basically be like if someone steals chips at the grocery store and you find the open bag and report it and have them say "I see you come in here at least once a week" and then assume you are the chip bandit

Sure thing!

I've come across some sliced-up packs of MegaBloks minifigs a couple of times and always reported them as well. Even brought the whole display box up one time b/c every single bag in it was sliced open.

Sometimes I get strange looks; other times I get a knowing sigh, as if to say "Damn. Here we go again."

I've also seen it happen with the Kre-O blind packs, but at least with the Lego ones, I get it. With MegaBloks and Kre-O, there are numbers stamped on the package that will tell you which figure is inside and all that info is posted online. So there is literally no reason to slice up the bags unless you're trying to steal extra parts.

I'm actually quite fortunate, and in all the time I've been collecting minifigs I've only once seen a pack opened and the figure taken out. The most common ones I see pulled out the pack are the Ninjago single figure sets. Always makes me sad seeing it, kinda pathetic really.

But yeah, that manager was totally out of line with you, coming over and confronting you with no proof whatsoever. If that was me, I would take my business elsewhere, or log it as a complaint... But then I am rather vindictive to asshole staff, and I'd make him suffer. :P

He is part of the SDCC exclusive Shockwave Hisstank. That entire toy is dope: package, accesories, everything. One of the castors, tofujesse maybe, has one but you would have to paint it.

DAMN, that is a super good price, I never catch him that low, he is always 50+ or more most of the time. I would even be happy if they reissued him in slightly different colors, just so I can have one.

Unfortunately there is a certain percentage of the population that are douchebags. Personally , I think the idea of a blind chance when it comes to items like this is just an invitation for trouble.

Dear corporate noodleheads..quit with the blind packaging.. its not fun for 90% of the people who want your products and just leads to problems!!!

Blindbox sucks for collectors who want them all, but is great for the average person who just wants 1 or 2. Kidrobot is notorious for it.

I got the last one at my Target ^^

I was on the fence about this pack, but WalkingDeadpool, evilanimation, and I believe Jason Abbadon, all pushed me over. The Spidey cup was on a clearance end cap that I passed on my way out, so I bought that too.

..it looks like Spidey has hair.

Sweet, I'll have to look for that for my kids next time. I picked up some of the hard plastic marvel cups from walmart the other day for 80 cents a piece. They have like the mini mate versions of the characters on them.

So today was truck day at my Local TRU. Checked the Marvel aisle and there was nothing. But then I see my friend that works there packing out some Nerf stuff. Which was weird cause he's always been a cashier there. So I ask him if he got in any Marvel Universe. He says yes and comes out with a fresh case of Wave 19. This case had the FF Spidey's in it. So I grab what I wanted from that case then headed up to the registers. Then he comes up to me and says, I found another case and brought me the Bag Head Spidey that I told him about!!!
Anyway, sorry for the short story just still excited that I scored everything in one shot today. Oh and the Miles Spidey is from Shortysben. Thanks man!
