As much as everybody seems to be wanting them up here, I wouldn't have been surprised if they shelf warmed up here too, most collector oriented sets do.

I think collectors have gotten used to Amazon sales and discount stores. We don't like paying full price if we can avoid it and team packs are usually sitting around when a sale hits. Problem with this set it most people only want one figure. I think a lot people that want the Anti-Venom wouldn't mind paying the $30 but after shipping it is kinda pricey. If they go on clearance for $10 down there people can get them for $30-$35 up here they would jump on it. The ebay prices that sellers want few will go in for.

I found a Fantomex last night at my local Target. I only saw this figure one other time here in my po-dunk area but had to pass due to other financial obligations the first time I saw him.

No pics, but I recently got a MegaBloks Power Rangers Samurai Megazord set on clearance for $15 at Walmart, a Cyberverse Bumblebee Mech Suit for $12.99 at Marshalls, a Hero Factory Batman for $10 on "closeout" at Kroger and all four Kre-O Combiner sets at Meijer.

When they first listed Soundwave they didn't know he was coming with Laserbeak, so he was less. Once they got word of LB being in the mix, the price jumped up, but they didn't penalize those of us who pounced on the original preorder.

Stopped by the lame a$$ Walmart by my work this morning. Nothing new, however there was a complete refresh of Avengers figs?!? WTF?!? Picked up a Black Widow with a better paint app, since the only one I had has a lazy eye. Not even worth a pic.

Comic Book Day brought Superior Spider-Man #3 and All-New X-Men #7 NOW!

Back on the hunt for Retaliation tomorrow!!!

I don't know if it's been confirmed for a US release specifically, but it was confirmed as a TRU exclusive in Australia. But it's not an Australia-only exclusive, so the assumption is that it will be released in other countries as a TRU exclusive, too.

If it does get a Stateside release, I will definiltely double-dip on Soundwave. One of the best MP molds ever.

Agreed he's bad ass! I wish I could afford another MP Grimlock but I guess the FOC version will have to do as an opener.
