There are two other Five Belows in my area that I will hit now, I think I may have missed out though. I'm sure they went 1st...

I got my WD figures Wednesday in store. I had pics up in the thread earlier. I was told they just got the case in Tuesday. I don't know anywhere that they are packaged in the vertical package other then Gamestop. Gamestop gets all their McFarlane figures in special packaging. Everywhere else like WalMart, TRU, and Target get them in the regular packaging. So GS tends to get them in store before most other retailers.

1. I got the chima baggy from Target in the seasonal "Easter" section they have up. It was $1.99 so I got one for me and another for my son. ![]() 2. And to everyone wondering about the Walking Dead figures, I picked them up at Gamestop for $12.99 from a brand new case that seemed be packed like this: 2x - Michonne 3x - Merle 2x - Zombie Pet #1 2x - Zombie Pet #2 1x - Autopsy Zombie For my money, I'd definitely snag Michonne and Merle (excellent paint, likeness, accessories, and articulation) and maybe Michonne's pets....the lone Autopsy zombie wasn't particularly interesting. And holy crap, I really hope they give us an updated Daryl Dixon with the new articulation in a future series. PLEASE Mcfarlane, make it so!!!

Actually TRU is the only one that gets the wider package. Gamestop, WalMart and Barnes and Noble get the slim packaging. I've never seen them at Target. Thanks for the heads-up on these by the way as soon as I saw your post I ran to the one by me and grabbed the set including the display box. Can't wait for Series 2 Comic series!

Thanks for all the info fellas, I bought a Merle today (they had two of them but only one had a great paint job. I'm glad someone left it behind so I'd get a shot at one too). I want Michonne as well, and I agree with you dude, a better Daryl would be an easy buy for me. I saw one in person once, and it looked fucking terrible. My Merle figure looks just like the actor though, which is pretty impressive. I'm glad McFarlane Toys stepped up their game before they officially ruined all of the good characters. I need a Daryl and a Rick. Maybe Shane too if they remake him.

No pics yet, but early this morning at 5 am my fiancee and I had to go to Walmart and I just peaked my head down the action figure section even though I had just been there a day before and saw nothing. Low and behold they had restocked the 3.75 Avengers figures and I scored an Ultimate Hawkeye and a movie Hawkeye. They look pretty neat, but their hands don't hold the weapons they came with so I am using some I already had. The movie version is better than the Ultimate version IMO for a few reasons, UHE's arms do not straighten out all the way due to sculpted elbow pads and at the knees the pads were sculpted above the joint so they look wrong when bent. Ultimate Hawkeye I'd give a 7/10 and Movie Hawkeye a 8 1/2/10

Finally found Lady Jaye, took me a while to find her...by far the most sought after Joe in my area!!!
![]() Went by Five Below and was suprised to see some of the final wave of Thor figs for $4 a piece!!! No King Loki, King Laufey or Sif, but I did scoop "Asgardian Glow" Hannible, er, All Father!!! I am not sure why he is called "Asgardian Glow", because he doesn't like the Cosmic Armor Thor, but cool anyway... ![]() Winning!!! |

Nice! The Todd McFarlane issue of GI Joe. I was so surprised when I first opened this issue as a kid. I had no Idea Todd had done any GI Joe work.

Normally I don't do "customs" and stick to the "factory/stock" look, but those looked so good I had to give it a try. Now I've gotta see if I can get someone in the UK to middleman me one of those IM2 3packs so I put the Tony Stark head on one of the MIB guys...I NEED an unsuited Iron Man. |
