Stopped by TRU today for a pair of cheap skullcandy headphones, and when the guy working in the electronics department brings it up to the register, I notice this guy behind the counter all by his lonesome.
![]() I originally wasn't going to pick this one up because I simply refused to pay the outlandish ebay prices out there, and TRU's online service is terrible. However at retail? Sign me up!!! ![]()

Uh-huh, too bad I had to drop an outrageous $90+ for him at BBTS. A core character like this shouldn't have to be strung up as an web exclusive like this. Really hope Machinedramon doesn't meet the same fate. I'd easily be all set if the line died after he was made. Of course I'd never really want that to happen, lol.

The Transformers aisle at my TRU is pretty terrible. It's almost always empty, Bot Shot figures are spread out over nine or ten pegs with one or two on each peg, and there are actually more figures from Dark Of The Moon than there are from any of the other lines, including voyager and deluxes. I found him stowed away on a shelf behind the counter with smart tablets in the electronic's section. My guess is that since he's an SDCC exclusive and is obviously highly valued (the employee there told me they were only allowed to sell one figure per customer per transaction) that's why they're keeping him there. The somewhat aggravating (but at the same time...lucky) thing about it; had I never needed an employee to unlock the cheapy 10 dollar headphones I was purchasing from the peg, I would have went about my shopping day and never even seen him displayed there in the first place. I guess the Transformers gods up there in robot heaven were smiling upon me today. |

Nice Joes. I am looking for DG 2.0, too.

![]() ![]() got these two guys last week. stumbled upon them in my local comic book shop, i didn't expect them to stock these two. now i can't wait to get blue, black, pink, yellow, and white. they're going to look fantastic together. ![]() picked him up two weeks ago.. i absolutely love him. his robot mode is so bad ass looking. it's a great non combiner update of predaking. two complaints though.. i really HATE the neck/head light up gimmick. it's stupid, it's pointless, and it really hinders his alt mode. luckily i found a way to display him without having to press the lever. but still.. it'd be nice if his head and neck joints were ball joints and articulated like in the show.. same goes for the tail, i wish it was articulated.. which leads me to my second complaint.. $60 is about $30 too much for this. for $60 the neck and tail should have multiple ball joints, they could've worked the light up gimmick into the chest instead of the head. (which would make an articulated neck possible) and his wings should be more articulated so that they can be posed better in his dragon mode and so they could fold up like they do in the show.. he's very simplistic for being a $60 toy.. hell, rotf leader prime is taller, a lot more complex, has lights and sounds, and is only $40. predaking is just lucky he's got such an awesome looking robot mode. |

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been around much lately but things have just been very hectic.
Anyway, I finally had a little time to go hunting and ran across a very small offering of Star Wars Black Series items like ships and a few 3.75" figures at Target but no luck finding 6" figures. I picked up Biggs Darklighter since I never got a figure of him before. ![]()

Went looking for Trailcutter again today with no luck, but instead picked up the Halo Mega Bloks Exo Booster Frame build a vehicle kits!!!
LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! KMart was decently priced on them too, only 10.99 each instead of the 14.99 of local Toys R Us stores. Today was so much win. |

Heh, thanks Provost!
Oh, and I highly recommend that Starscream. Great little figure and a fun transformation. They even mention "Possession" on the back of the packaging ![]()

Thanks to the kindness of my fellow Arkers and a friend living half in NY half in Japan, my MU collection growed quickly!
Quick question: the high price on Ebay should be a hint enough, but I'm asking anyway: is the Joe Colton (Bruce Willis GI Joe) still available in some places like Toysrus? Do you think my friend in NY who is not very aware of toys stuff could find me one without going on an extensive hunt?
