My case of Joes finally came in at BBTS (No pics of the Joes yet, but the Ultimate collection really is amazing,) along with the Red Rifle Andy Dalton (Longtime and diehard Bengals fan here...WHO DEY!)

Two ebay finds (Cliffjumpers), a Target pickup (Starscream, Waspinator, and Ultra Magnus) and some Big Lot army building madness! (finally found RID Arcee, and welcoming Jon, Frank, and Bobby to the Vehicon family. Steve's not feeling so lonely anymore!)

Nice hauls, everyone.

About the only new things I've gotten recently are the Legion Megatron/Chop Shop "2-pack", MU Angel and the A-Team Corvette (used by Face and AAA, IIRC).

It kind of makes sense that they would use the 2nd version of Predaking for the reissue, as the material costs are cheaper. Also makes the reissue more enticing to me, since my G1 original is the die-cast version.

That makes it a definite no for now. No way am I paying more for less.

Found the new Monster High Catty Noir special edition figure at TRU almost 2 WEEKS before her street date of Friday the 13th (she is a black cat) but I have seen people getting them early weeks ago online. I think the only store holding to the street date is Target because they have an announcement display sign up in the MH section.

Also saw the Aliens Genocide 2 pack for 32.99 at TRU, 7$ less than MSRP. Also got an outfit that fits MH dolls. The line is called Mystixx. They are total MH rip offs (amongst many now) but their outfits are fairly compatible with MH.

And to round out the weeks hunting, I grabbed a few more blind bags. Got a couple more of the Knex Pac Man bags, a Mario bag, and a couple of the Care Bear bags for the hell of it.

yeah, kmart has been doing pretty good with stocking new stuff after their reset.. i have a feeling this will be the only time all year that kmart gets new stuff lol.

darth maul is a great figure, though i'm not a fan of the light saber.. it's too flimsy for a collectors type toy. i really hope we get some more troopers.. like rex, cody, gree, thire.. etc. it'd be cool if they were done in the clone wars cartoon style.. but i love both designs so either or, just as long as we get them.

I discovered a new Marvel Universe retailer in town(a smaller supermarket chain) and was pleasantly surprised to see Scarlet Witch from 2012. I don't think this figure is hard to find but I have never seen another one so I had to grab it. Plus, you can never have too many superheroines!

I left two Punishers, a Cyclops and a She-Hulk on the peg. Should I pick up any of those?

I try to stay in the 3.75" scale, but for $10 I had to see check out a MOTUC figure. The faceless one was worth it, now I see why MOTUC has such a loyal fan base. The Legos are for my kids.

My son and I went to a garage sale I found on craigslist and I think we hit the garage sale jackpot today and found a shitload of cool figures....
however I am a little peeved since the lady told me that yesterday some guy came by and bought all the other Hellboy figures (apparently there was a huge stack of them) and told her he didn't even know who Hellboy is. >
Oh well, my search for a good Hellboy figure for the collection continues....

I have that Abe Sapien figure, he's amazing, if you open him, be careful with the feet as they have a split in the middle, which allows the foot to rotate side to side rotation which can easily snap the foot in half if forced too hard... it happened to me.

Thanks for the tip man, I almost did just that with his right foot. Also was the torso stuck tight on yours too?
It was on mine and after a hot wash, a bit of freezer time and a good 5 mins of careful pulling and twisting I got it unstuck.

Also I agree that Abe is a truly awesome figure, he's just about perfect so far as I can tell (bonus that he comes with the awesome little sammael fetus)
Makes me all the more pissed that I lost those Hellboys to that damn scalper. :/

Spent my paycheck yesterday at Crowemag Toys here in Raleigh, got some great JOE stuff:
Joe 5-pack:

Sigma Six 2.5" Winged Fury

Snow Serpent

Snow Job

Shipwreck VS Copperhead

Alley Viper

Hiss Tank 3

the speeder bike is for Zartan, since the last ride-on was pathetic. Now, should i paint it bright green?

And then at Wal-Mart, I found this in the clearance section:

--------------------------------------------------
Power Rangers Lost Galaxy 4364 Magna Defender's Galactic Speeder

well, the forum only allows 20 pics at a time, so here is the other half:
--------------------------------------------------
Yesterday I drove all over Garner, Cary, and Raleigh for some great buys. Since Crowemag's store is near NCSU, and that means MASSIVE traffic yesterday before and after NCSU won, I went there later than planned.
I went to a store I haven't visited since last summer (I think) called Stuff'N'Such, which is no longer in the Cary mall, but is now near TRU.
I got some great deals on some GI Joe stuff:
Since FLASH was my first ARAH figure as a kid, I have been wanting the ME version for weeks now (I just got back into GI Joe in August):

MASS Device pack (#2 of 5)

I got this pack mostly for Zartan, and also he offered it for $30, even though it was priced at $80...why is it worth $80?

Dreadnok 2-pack

Serpent Armor...but what did we call the white versions of these back in the 80s?

Season 3...or Series 2 Season 1, however you count it, Cobra Commander

no pics, but finally found the kreo transformers series 3. here's the codes if anybody needs them:
50: nosecone, 51: thrust, 52: nemesis prime, 53: ramjet, 54: huffer, 55: kickback, 56: long haul, 57: guzzle, 58: sharkticon, 59: cheetor, 60: beachcomber, 61: seawing...
also found two new Disney/Pixar cars: alex Carville and a (super chase) takeshi. never heard of a super chase before but it's a cool little car. also, cheetor's helmet refuses to stay on but other than that I love me some transformer kreos...

If I'm correct, I'm more than willing to bet that 80 dollar price is probably largely in part because of the chick with the glasses included in the pack. That was the only place you were able to get that particular mold of the Baroness. The 25th anniversary figures of the Baroness were in her classic cartoon blue scheme, she was never released in black unless she was a part of these box sets.

I'm sure the excellent Zartan (with clear pink chestplate!) featured with it in the box set played a part as well. Those two figures alone still drive a nice price by themselves on ebay.

All and all...excellent loot haul there! Yo Joe!
