I'll eventually open the starscream to display along with the vintage version and 30th anniversary that I have although its tempting not to because of the price.
I had someone who went to the show hook me up with everything else and they weren't able to get a Thor for me. My order from HTS for the Thor and a Sentinel was a backup plan and I'm really glad that I was able to get it through my online order. Brilliant packaging and an awesome figure.

Man. I'm strictly a 3 3/4" (aka 4") collector, and even I have to admit how awesome those DCU/MOTU Classics packs are.

The results of my Saturday morning toy run. Took advantage of the 2-for-$11 sale at TRU. And found the new ThunderCats!!!! They had the 8" and the 4" lines, as well as the Sword of Omens, which I was sorely tempted to buy. $20 each for the 8", which I think is a little steep. But they are really nice. Bandai has done an outstanding job with these, at least the 8" ones. Didn't get any small ones so can't really say anything about those.
I really like the packaging on them. Very tight and compact. They are good for storing if you wanted to keep them MOC. The artwork is nice too. After opening them and playing with them a little bit I can say that I'm very impressed with them. They are great figures. Taller than I wish they'd be, but great figures nonetheless. I also got some Mario Bros stuff. I'm loving Bowser's detail. The Hammer Bro I ordered from China. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

They are freaking awesome. Waaaayyyyyyy better than what I anticipated from Bandai. I hope they can keep the line going.
Man, I threw away the packaging so I don't know. But it's the same company that makes all the little Mario Bros figurines that are all over Toys R Us and Target. I believe it's the same company that made all of the figures in the image except the Hammer Bro. |

How do you like the cycle? I haven't seem that one yet. Bust it out of the package and post some pics. The mini hiss I don't really care for. Looks incomplete and the colors don't match IMO.

Crap. It's canceled? The cycle is awesome. I'd have bought it in a heartbeat. Don't care for the mini hiss either. Nice score though.

Yeah, I still don't know if I'll keep the Hiss, since it seems sort of silly. I thought you would be able to attach it to the other Hiss (which would make sense), but it doesn't look like it. As for the cycle, I haven't opened it yet. I'll probably bust it out after work. And yeah, these are the cancelled vehicles. A select few cases were dropped on a couple stores in Canada. I think they've only shown up in three provinces so far. Winners had them for $9.99, but I missed out on those. Zellers had them for $22.99, and they sold out almost instantly. I paid the latter for mine. Would have preferred to find one at Winners...

^ pud, the HISS Scout does attach to the new HISS tank. There is a hitch on the back of the HISS tank for just that purpose.

Finally got my Marlena/Captain Glenn from Matty. And I also picked up a Masterpiece Rodimus Prime from TRU.
![]() ![]() But what I'm most excited for, waiting for me when I got home was my Pile of Loot!!!!!!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() Super excited to open that Ghost Starscream and the Revoltechs. Also, not a toy but still fuel for my new MOTUC obsession: MOTU Complete First Season. Never picked up the other DVD releases and it was $11.99 on Amazon. Couldn't pass it up. ![]() |
