I'm stoked to say that I finally found HER!!!
![]() I actually ran into the entire wave with the exception of Carnage, and I'm really excited about my pre-order with BBTS now. These are some of the best looking figures to come out in a while, with BC easily being the sweet icing on the cake. Even though it would leave me with a duplicate once the order arrives, I decided to pick her up anyway, just in the case that I somehow ended up with Latina Spider-Girl instead. Oh and for those of you wondering what that figure is going to look like, I thought I'd take a photo of the back of BC's packaging so you all could have a better look. ![]() A closer look... ![]() I then lucked out and found Cap (still no Red Skull...drat!) at Target. I didn't think I was going to like him initially judging from pictures, but he's actually pretty cool looking in person. ![]() I also found a sweet Power Rangers Mega Force Green Ranger at Target...on clearance no less. Now, true story, I have not bought a Power Ranger in years, but I simply could not put this guy down once I had him in my hands. ![]() My new Ranger, along with the last Power Ranger I ever bought... ![]() Told you it had been a while...lol. Although I'm probably gonna end up trying to track the White Ranger down now... |

Black Cat is my most anticipated action figure release this year, though I admit Generations Rhinox is a close second. |

Man, you have no idea how completely, irrationally jealous I am right now... even about the Green Ranger! Haha. I nearly caved and bought the White Ranger but managed to stop myself, but finding OG Green would be my downfall.
Black Cat is my most anticipated action figure release this year, though I admit Generations Rhinox is a close second. If you head to Target, be sure to sift through the piles and piles of Red Rangers...I kinda accidentally stumbled upon him because I was picking up some Rangers that had fallen off the shelf onto the floor, and "wham"...there he was. I was kinda surprised by the quality of the figure too. I have literally not bought a PR since high school, and was blown away by the poseability and accessories. It's by no means as spectacular as some of the higher end Rangers that have been coming out...but he's pretty damn slick. I'll definitely be hunting for the White Ranger now... Black Cat completely took me by shock. Like you, she was the figure I most looked forward to this year (even more than my Hot Toys Robocop on pre-order) and when Hasbro announced that there would be swap figures, I was sure she was going to end up in the graveyard with Blade, Rogue, Moonstone, (Please release Toxin Hasbro!!!) and so many others. Imagine my relief when I found her...I was like that dude in that episode of the Toy Hunter with the $15'000 dollar Boba Fett, reduced to literally giggling with her in the aisle. It's the first time I can remember in a while, where the finished product looked like the promo shots. My only gripe was the blue shading for her hair color, but it's done so well, it really is terrific. Like another poster said, the Moonstone body does wonders for her and fits her well, and the paint apps are incredible (at least on mine) with no running paints, smudged lipsticks, or even lazy eyes. I wish that her whip was done with a piece of string or rope instead of plastic, but it's an easy mod, and I will probably be doing so once I finally get my pre-order in and open her up. I hope you come across her soon! Hopefully you'll feel the way I did. |

What does everyone think of the new 6" ASM2 Spidey figure now that some of you have him in-hand? I've been considering (if I can ever find this line in the wild, of course) buying it to replace the first Garfield Spidey in my Avengers display.
In some pics it looks like crap, in others it seems like a great update to his comic costume. |

Which universe/continuity does that BAF Green Goblin come from? I don't remember the Green Goblin ever looking like that, I guess I'm out of touch! |

I forgot to show off my latest finds in my last post! >_<
Went hunting for the Captain America and Spider-Man Infinite series, which was unsuccessful, but I DID finally find the new Shredder! No mousers, sadly... I don't think I'll ever find them. ![]() ![]() ![]() Also went ahead and bought more 3.75" Gears of War toys. Toys R Us suddenly had Dom, and they are all marked down to $3.44 so I got a couple of extras. Don't know what I'll do with them, but I'll hold on to them for a while. Might end up turning them into Locust Drones eventually. The Dom I opened is in the far right of my display, I tried my best to get him into a "dodge roll" pose. Quote:

The BAF Green Goblin look is from the Ultimate Spider-Man Comics, just like he look in the Death Of Spider-Man saga

Since I am about the only person who CAN'T catch the new ML, I spent some X-mas money on other things.
I really wanted robot Hulk, even if he is reusing MvC3 Sentinel parts. ![]() Found a fresh end cap display of the new Lego Movie minifig blind bags at Target. Only took 30 min of bag feeling to get all that I wanted. I really like the "Where are my pants?" Guy and the Scribble Face Cop. ![]() Would not have gotten the Ghoul Spirit line if they had not rung up at Target as the Scaris line than is on clearance for $5.09. Custom fodder :-) ![]() Got 3 of the new characters for the Frights, Camera, Action line of MH. Since they had the Viperine Gorgon girl and Honey Swamp. ![]() And decided to get the Secret Creepers Crypt ( Which has got to be the worst toy name for a doll line ever) for the MH pets that I passed on last week. ![]() |
