^That soundwave looks boss. Kicking myself for missing out on the MP soundwave that I saw at TRU one time.

I didn't get it; my daughter did. Still, she let me photograph it, and that's the only reason I want any given toy, so...

All you GI Joe fans out there may want to check your local ToysRUs stores. I'd been planning on eventually picking up the Eaglehawk (formerly the Tomahawk), and today I found that my local TrU had placed their Eaglehawks on clearance! I'm not sure if it's a nationwide situation, but my TrU has their entire "collectors" section (the area with all the NECA stuff) on a "Green Clearance". Oddly enough, a lot of the GI Joe: Retaliation stuff was also included in this clearance sale After the price reduction, I paid only about $28 for this awesome helicopter !!!

Continuing with my good fortune finding bargains today, I found these at a local Wal-Mart in their clearance area! That's right, I paid only $1 for Han, and $2 for Asoka and Plo Kloon!

They also had the Grievous & Obi-Wan 2-pack, but it was $8, and the head cashier wouldn't mark it down to $2. I may go back for it eventually.

I did not get him straight away either and did not think I was going to get one (by choice) but I did decide to and I think he's pretty good. 7.5/10.

I got him only for the cool head sculpt, and that was the first thing I traded; the face is painted, rather than cast in the flesh tone, and consequently he looks cheap and phony.

The body lends itself nicely to kitbashes and such, though:

Well, got (most of) my HTS order in yesterday. Generations Rhinox and Doubledealer and Custom Kre-O Soundwave.

Unfortunately, due to a mix-up with my order, Whirl got put on backorder even though he was supposedly in-stock when I placed my order.

In happier news, my pre-order for MP Lambo (2nd run) came in and should be here by next week at the latest. I still can't wait until it gets here. Lambo will also be my first MP to come with the collector's coin, so that will be an interesting little bonus.

Let me know how Ratbat is, as he's really the only reason I would get Soundblaster.

i was REALLY unimpressed with whirl.. so much so that i had to return it.. it's the first voyager figure that i've ever returned simply based on being disappointed with it.

I've heard that he's a love it/hate it kind of figure. I think part of that is due to the designers being torn between his G1 look and his IDW look. Personally, even if he comes off as simply an update to the G1 toy, I will be happy.

For now, I will be quite content with Rhinox and Lambo (who will probably show up before Whirl, anyway).

Thanks man...He's really cool. Godzilla 2000 is one of my favorite Godzilla movies, and although many people dislike this version of him for his "feline" attributes (since the scales on his head give him a set of cat-like "ears" when you look at him head on...) this Zilla is definitely one of my faves. I might have to pick up some of those destructive playsets from the new movie (which I think are pretty keen...) just so he can have some buildings to crumble. Can't wait to see how the new movie is gonna turn out!

Was in Disney world the past few days on vacation and came across this little gem. They had the entire first wave but I passed on them all. Hyperion looks bad ass in person.

This is my first Nendoroid, and I honestly don't see why anime and manga fans like these figures so much. Don't get me wrong, it's an ok figure, but I have other import figures that I strongly prefer over this style. I am, however, excited to FINALLY have some Blaz Blue merch Oh yeah, the Nendoroid figure is Blaz Blue's Rachel Alucard, and she came with the Blaz Blue: Chrono Phantasma Limited Edition Bundle.

I am very excited about snagging this figure from my LCS today! I rarely find Underground Toys' Doctor Who stuff in my area, so I was thrilled to find this figure, especially since this is also my favorite incarnation of The Doctor

Nice! I wish my TrU had an endcap with Doctor Who merch, or that my LCS had a Doctor Who display like that!
Oops, I probably should have clarified, the bookstores in my area tend to occasionally carry random DW Underground Toys products, like Sonic Screwdrivers, TARDIS mugs and banks, DW brick figures and sets, plushes, clocks; things like that. However, I never see the figures around here. The other merch is cool (I have the TARDIS brick set, a wind-up Dalek, and some other stuff as well), but I would love to have a larger collection of the 5" Doctor Who figures.
About a year ago, my TrU had a couple of figures of the 11th Doctor, but it was the one where he was wearing a non-removable cowboy hat (from the episode "A Town Called Mercy"), and the hat just ruined an otherwise cool figure, imo. They had an Amy Pond too, but without a Doctor figure to go with her, I decided to pass.
A few months ago, I spotted a few of those new Doctor Who 3 3/4" figures at Books-A-Million a couple hours away from me, but that's basically all I've ever really seen, so I was shocked and ecstatic when I saw this figure at my LCS.

i should say that the figures you have pictured are on the other side of that display.
