Bought Vader online and he arrived yesterday. Then this morning I went to the mall and found the Speeder Bike at Myers. I still have Chewbacca to arrive so when he's here I'll be done with the Black Series for a while.

Was stoked to finally run into the Optimus Evolution 2 pack for a friend today among a sea of those horrible Grimlock two packs.

Finally got my Vader in from Evilbay. Normally I try to stay away from there when stuff is actually out there on the shelves, but it really beats the waste of gas and time that's hitting my local stores only to find Greedos and Slave Leias that are polluting the pegs. Besides, I actually scored a good deal on him...about 30 bucks shipped, so I wasn't feeling too salty about it. =)

Picked up the Halo Mega Bloks spartan tribute pack finally.
Feels great to have my RvB sets finally complete. Now all I need to do is collect ODSTs and the Halo-verse named characters besides some other odds and ends for artillery in the background. (Need to get a safety cone for Grif!)

Was on my way home after the game when I stopped by a local Walgreens in hunt of White Boba Fett. While I didn't find Boba on the shelf, I was surprised to find these on an endcap, which included the newest Daryl Dixon figure sold separately for those who missed out on his motorcycle version, a re-release of Michonne with added accessories (her pet walkers heads complete with fishtank) and a re-release of the RV zombie, who I was thrilled to find having missed out on him the first time around.

To think, Walgreens is starting to get newer and better stuff than my local TRU. Who would have thought?

I know this is the "what i just got" thread, but I went out today and got nothing! My TRU sold out of Optimus evolution packs, didn't have the new Diamond Universal monsters, and still had nothing but Han, Leia, and Greedo for Star Wars. The only thing they had that would've interested me is that they finally stocked Rattrap's wave for transformers, but I gave up and ordered him from amazon on last Tuesday. Hell, now he's even cheaper on amazon than when I bought it a week ago.

Found this little mini Lego Batwing at Target in the Halloween section. Will go nice with the mini Tumbler.

Also found the Ghost Rider Hero Masher at Target. I have always had a soft spot for the Rider. He is cute, my first masher, but I think I will stick with only the occasional Mashers purchase. I also think they should update the pics on the front of the box each series to show off new figures for Marvel and Transformers Mashers. Now go make me some GI Joe Mashers.

What the--seriously?? Hmph. Had I known they were going to release Daryl separately, I wouldn't have needed to buy his motorcycle set. I don't even know where the bike is anymore, I packed it away because it took up too much shelf space.

Oh well. Walgreens certainly is becoming home to the best toys.

Picked up a few things today at Walgreens and Kmart, both places I don't usually shop at. Though I have been in WG pretty often lately looking for the Boba Fett. Big Hero 6 Baymax fig, and 2 Guardians ships that were on sale at Kmart...

Yeah, I don'y quite know the length of DCC's design to production cycle, but one would assume that the sculptor would have reference art of a given character's most used look.
