Went to my local Target and managed to grab a Red Skull from the Captain America line. I also got a movie Cap, and a deluxe Hydra armored trooper.

The Cap figure uses a really annoying rubbery plastic on the legs. And they all have a variation on the Y-crotch that somehow works even worse than the Iron Man and Thor figures. But with Red Skull it doesn't matter because of his hard plastic skirt. The Hydra troop is the highlight because of his canons that can easily detatch. But oddly enough, it has a very odd smell, even for figures. All in all, these will probably be the only one I'll need/want from the CA line.

My recent resurgance in buying Marvel and DC toys has kinda made me want to start up a toy review blog.

Nice score on those DOTM figures. I dont care for them but at that price I would have picked most of them up.

Finally got the tentacles for my BAF Sentinel.

And a good score at Target today.

Got a bunch of Joes in the mail today, this was one of my favorites that was in the bunch.

And how do you like that monsters inc revoltech set? I thought the blue one looked too skinny but the other guy is spot on.

I really like it. I never thought about Sully being too skinny...maybe he is a bit... but I feel it works well with the scale with Mike. Sculpt is great and paint job as well.

I bought these online on Sat night TRU.com using their store pickup (Fri/Sat Kreo BOGO sale and I forgot until about 11 pm Sat), but just picked up this morning. The funny thing is that TRU screwed up my order, but in a good way. I wanted the two pictured, but SS was sold out at all of my local TRU, so I chose Megatron instead--thinking it's the same price so I can maybe do a swap when they get more SS in. So I go to pickup today and instead of Megatron, which they are loaded with & what I bought/is on receipt, they had SS prepared for me. Weird!

That is kind of screwy.

I picked up the $8.00 Bumblebee Kre-O set the other day. Not bad for a Lego-ish set. His robot mode uses all the parts except one, but the extra piece works as a makeshift gun for 'Bee. His car mode has a lot more leftover parts, but I was able to make a decent melee weapon for larger figures out of them.

Sufficed to say, I'll probably be picking up more of these in the near future.

I have not. I dont know when I will ... just due to not having a adequate display area at the moment. Working on that though...

Edit: I found me a Red Skull! I went to 4 different stores and only found this one Red Skull (aside from the target two pack). Its official though, I have no hope for Marvel Universe around me. Its only been Winter Solder and Iron Man for the past 4 months. Oh and some Skrulls. Now to decide which Capt. America I want...leaning towards the Super Combat.

got the tony stark 6'' about a month ago great figure. and got the black and gold suit slightly after, have the full wave, and honestly not a bad figure amonst them all, out of the 2 waves, the only 1 I don't have is that hulkbuster, but it's the least appealing IMO.

yeh he is an awesome figure, I may make the suggestion to anybody picking him up you may want to leave the clear plastic ties holding the armour down on, as it doesn't want to always stay well.. I learned this after taking them off. still nice sculpt, very limited articulation, but nicely done. room for improvements.

Good suggestion. I never removed mine. I couldn't see a reason to not have him wearing his armor, and the rubber bands are hardly noticeable.

If you have a spare clear Strange (or are in one or the areas that seem to be littered with them) and are up for a trade, I have a spare moc Falcon.
