i hate how strict all the places are here with release dates... i call toysrus and gave them the item num for the gi joe box sets and she says she has 4 in stock and she comes back and then comes back on phone and says we dont have them to check next week. ugh feed up with these stores lol couldnt even get a batman fig yesterday cuz of the manager at walmart even tho the box was out for people to get there hands on.. Cant wait till next week comes

Went to TRU today and saw the new Joe Dojo packs. Looked great but I passed.....

Saw the new spiderMan line but no Super poseable, so I passed......

Saw the new BatMan 3 3/4 figs, damn. Easy Pass......

This is not the current Boba Fett, no. I believe it was the last? I don't know what the articulation on the current one is. I don't buy many Star Wars figs mainly due to the inconsistent quality and lack of articulation. They've been getting better the last few years, though.

Been SO busy lately with business trips, finals, and homework that its been hard to find time to get back on the ol' Ark. That doesn't mean "the hunt" has ceased though, as I've found some pretty great stuff recently....

First up a shoutout to awesome arker, Snailbot for hooking me up with my long sought after Thanos & Warlock 2-pack.


So on my business trip to Livingston on thursday, I stopped by the only department store they have in town (an Albertsons!) and found MU on clearance for $5.65 each. So I snagged myself a Mystique finally as well as Thanos, Human Torch, and Mystique up for grabs for anyone that needs em'.


Scarecrow here has been pegwarming at Hastings for close to 2 years now(!) and I finally snagged the poor guy after he was recently marked down to $4. Not particularly fond of his limited articulation, but at least I have an in scale Scarecrow for my Microman Batman to beat the crap out of. ;D


Found the movie masters GL figures at Ross for $4, the movie disappointed me severely but the figures (movie masters only, the 4 inch are CRAP in every sense of the word) are pretty solid so I snagged Sinestro who I have never seen in-store (no Isamot Kol in sight though...Damn It!!!)


And lastly, went back to Wal-mart the other day and found the 2 new comic packs and picked up and Sinister/Gambit for myself and an extra of each for my girl. The little Hot wheels Bane car is pretty damn cool as well, if I do say so myself.... haha.

Found the Avengers 4 pack FINALLY. Got my Hulk I've been waiting on as well as a small MU "fix".

After weeks of hunting, found the 2 packs (Gambit/Mr. Sin and Thanos/Warlock). I am super excited! Also, scored a MS Hulk! He is so bad ass! I think MS is stepping up it's game big time! I mean, the Hulk was just done so nicely! Now, if I could just find that 6 inch Avengers Movie Hulk...

well iam bored and just wanted to write down what figs i want to get that will be coming out next week and tell me how you guys feel about them.

black suit spidey
doc oak since all the other ones suck . this one seems ok.
maybe lizard just depends..
venom seems kinda cool just wish there was more movement

I actully saw both of the Avengers box sets today at multiple Wal Marts so hopefully those are easy for you to find. Both are great IMO. I have all the figs from the Cap set so I ended up getting the Loki one because I dont have any figs except Hawkeye from that set and I love it. Its really a great set. Love the new Hulk especially.

Great list though, Im especially looking forward to the 6inch Avengers myself. I went all around today and found alot of stuff that seems to have leaked out, But no sighting of the 6 inch Avengers yet. I did come across some Spidey Stuff and a remote control Batmobile for the new movie.

Lots of spending to be done next week thats for sure lol. I just hope these stores stick to the May 28th date at this point and dont release it early.

No sir, I did not pass up on the Commanders! I've been fiddling with them all night! Ironhide has the more clever transformation (the engineering even allows rocker ankles!) but Dreadwing is far better looking in bot mode, pretty even for both altmodes.

You have a nice little score there too!

I took a trip my local TRU and found several items from The Dark Knight Rises in the aisles a week before street date. I picked up this 3.75" action figure. No Movie Masters were there.

Went to Dallas Comic-Con yesterday and bought quite a few TPBs/Graphic Novels for half off the cover price and bought Batman: Arkham City Catwoman for only $20

Then went and did a little toy hunting on the way back home and picked up Prime Starscream, Young Justice Artemis, and DC Universe Green Arrow at Target in Mesquite. Artemis was on clearance for $14.68! I saw something new at Tru though.....Assassin's Creed: Davinci's Flying Machine for $29.99 to go along with the figures I would imagine. I didn't but it, but I thought I'd share it cuz it might be something for some of ya'll to pick up.

Oh yea, I also bought a t-shirt from Arkham City with Harleyquinn on it that says: Someone in Gotham City Loves Me! but it has Gotham scratched out and looks like Arkham spray painted on it hehe ;p

so today went by a few walmarts and nothing. then i stoped by my walmart just to give it a look sees and they brought out all the new figs pretty much.. Found the hulk 4 packs and just two of the avenger figs .. checked a bunch of other walmarts and they were sold out.. so got kinda lucky on these two.. I could kill myself cuz last night i was going to go to walmart but never made it. If i were to have gone last night i would have had all the avengers .. they also put out some spiderman batman and a few gi joes. Seems like this was the only walmart in my town to put stuff out early.. I have an extra hulk 4 pack that i would trade for 2 of he 4 avenger figs iam missing. So if anyone has an extra hulk loki hawkeye or thor id be down to trade one of my box sets for 2 of the 6inch figs..
