The kid in the background was a freebie,lol Thats my son getting ready to shoot my new ml's w/a squirt gun. nooooooo!

I know this has nothing to do with the "Look what I got" topic, and I do not feel it needs its own forum just to ask this question. But with looking at all the people selling "Preorders" for the SDCC 2012 toys that I WANT on ebay for ridiculous prices, all I ask is there anyone out there planning on going to the SDCC this year? if so, do you mind helping a fellow arker out by picking me up a few things. Send me a PM if you are interested, if not Thanks anyway

I dont like to beg, or call out for help.. I just dont have the funds to get screwed over like I have done in the past for other exclusives. Example paying almost 60$ for a Compound Hulk before the event, only to find people selling them after the event for a hell of alot less.

Im not going to SDCC, but i did spend $50 for my Pre-order Compound Hulk also. Man was i pissed when they were everywhere for $20.

Same thing happened last year, then in the two weeks following SDCC, prices dropped like rocks it seemed before leveling off to FAR less than these "pre-orders".

And now some are still cheap, and some are higher

I too got pulled in, buying a TF/GI Joe Starstryker for $150 that I can't get back LOL

Well, the sdcc sky striker still pulls that kind of money for it...

I've watched a few around that price w/ free shipping sit for weeks on Ebay before the seller stops listing or offloads else where, so I'm kinda wary about just shoving it on there and hoping it sells. But I have seen a few go for just under that price also.
I'm probably going to toss it on my BST and see how that works for me

ill look again today but that pack is always taken up at the comic stores, i was lucky to fine mine at a comic store and they wanted like 20 bucks for it, so i traded 2 mortal kombat figs for it. but ill check again today when i do my rounds, if you come across a coulson let me know thanks bro..

my local walmart restocked on older MU comic packs and I picked up the torch/wolvie pack, effectively finishing all the Secret Wars figs they offer.

Also, I had to pass on the avengers six inchers. they had all but hawkeye and hulk, which i missed out by probably a few hours.
