How does he stack up to the old Max in your opinion though?
definitely not as good. I hoped this 12" tall one would be more articulated than the 6" bricks, but he has that weird springloaded right arm.

I had some good times with Max Steel growing up. I've seen maybe 10 mins of the new show and man it is a definite step down.

It's not the same Max Steel. And the Max Steel 12" GI Joe guy is not the Max Steel of my youth, either. Max Steele of my youth were suction-cup robots.

How are these? Ive seen them all over, but the art style on Nightwing and stuff made me a bit wary as well as the price and size. That being said I feel like the figures could be great at the same time since the articulation seemed pretty good for the size. Anyway thoughts? Quality of the figs?
And the 12'' GI type Max Steel's were some of my favorites, unfortunately my stepdad threw them all :/

They're pretty awesome with Nightwing being my favorite. I was nervous as hell when I got Nightwing/Superman because most reviews of the line I read kept saying they broke right out of the package. Luckily I haven't had any problems with any of them so far.

They're a little smaller than MU but the articulation is about the same. I guess it depends on how much you like the designs/characters from Injustice and if you want to drop about $30 (I've seen some cheaper on BBTS) on them while bearing in mind the can be slightly fragile.

Also a few people around the board have said that they mess around (posing, falls, etc.) with them quite a bit without any problems so it's possible the quality might have improved since the initial releases. Hope that helps.

Yes I'm located in the US. Curtis Axel is hard to get. I guess I just got lucky. I went to TRU early in the morning.

It helped haha, Im thinking I'm definitely going to pass and then maybe in the future when I've finished my 501st and mando black series customs and have some more change in my pocket and hopefully the price drops xD I might pick em up. Im just very scared of figs breaking on me now, had too many figmas and figuarts break on me and gladly these 6'' hasbros are built like tanks from the level of play I've gave them so far

^Is that the movie where Kirk Cameron throws a rage fit when his computer shows him porn or something? Just hilarious.

Went on a mini shopping spree today. My wife and son have never seen Clue or Spaceballs, so I had to grab those. The Marvel blind bags were on sale for, I think 60 cents each. The comic con DVD was 4.50 and the Dr Evil was on sale for 6 bucks. I don't know who he is or what I am going to do with it. But I couldn't pass it up for the price, lol.
