				 | Quote: I actually found some good uses for that head. I used it to make a Joe style RE5 Chris Redfield and it makes for a pretty good Bruce Wayne head if you paint the hair black. I've got an MiB3 Will Smith coming in the mail for a Blade figure I've finished and need to pop a head on and I'm thinking of using the leftover suit body to put that painted up Cap head on. Holy crap looking at that pic again it really does look kind of like Joel McHale. |

I do indeed. Not 100% perfect but since I put a lot of work into it I'm pretty happy with the how it turned out. Last edited by snake5289; 05-08-2015 at 01:59 PM.. |

I can't see that picture, you may want to use a different site or upload it again.

Deadpool is supposed to be ugly, he's essentially a living tumor.

				 | Had a good day today, went to Hastings and found Romeo Blue and the not-red-faced Thanos from Marvel Select. Then at Target the 5-POA AoU toys were only $5 so I grabbed the last two Ultrons. Then after that I was feeling hungry because I had a light breakfast so I went to BK, because at BK you got it. But then I got my receipt from the drive-thru and I felt my Star Wars fan sense tingling.

While in the beginning, I had no plans to finish the Hobgoblin BAF (as I was not interested in the Spidey 2099 or Mayday) I said "what the hell" and decided to grab the parts off of Ebay, with them both coming in at less than the cost of a single figure. And while I initially shocked by and hated the design of this costume (keep in mind it's been several years since I've picked up a Spidey book...) it's since grown on me a bit. Even back in the days, I never really understood the appeal of the Hobgoblin...he always just came off to me as a sherbert version of Norman, but with this look, he finally looks and feels like a completely different character altogether. The articulation on it surprised me in particular, as it was better than I expected. |

That Hobgoblin actually isn't the typical Hobgoblin. It's Phil Urich, who was the heroic Green Goblin. Sort of explains his unique look (he's a villain now). I have the wave in my Pile of Loot at BBTS. Main reason was to build him. Looks fantastic! |

				 | I didn't care for most of the DC Hot Wheels character cars and I don't care for most of the Marvel ones either, but this one was cool enough to warrant a purchase.

You should have removed the orange cap before taking pics as it takes away from it.

				 | Quote: That's not to say that it can't be modified with a little paint, but doing so would technically make the figure illegal to own...at least here in the U.S.A. Orange cap or not...I think it looks good...definitely better than the recent leader class Megs that have hit store shelves... |

				 | Quote: If I recall correctly, many sites that were selling that new 3rd party G1 Megatron were stating in the toy's product description that the orange cap was glued onto the the final product's barrel due to American gun laws in order to be allowed sale in the U.S. While I haven't seen that particular Megatron up close, it's quite possible that it actually cannot be removed at all, at least not without risk of damaging the figure.
