Got Billy Bob Brockali from the Showbiz Pizza Rockafire Explosion today! Even got the exclusive version with the alternate head that has the animatronic bits showing!

Found the ultimate Big Chap at Target. Even though it's mostly similar to the series 2 figure I got years ago there is still enough new here to appreciate. First off the quality of the figure's build is great, no stuck joints, nothing loose, it all moves well and the new articulation does improve the elbow range. I do still think the dome should be a little more clear on the front so the skull underneath can be more easily seen but that doesn't make this figure's darker front automatically a bad thing because it does still look good. In general paint on this figure is all looking good, especially those shiny teeth. The main new feature of this ultimate update is the '79 accurate egg, facehugger, and chestburster. I really like getting this new egg but with its large root-like base it actually takes up more space than I might be willing to give it in my display. The facehugger and chestburster are well sculpted and painted but they're not big improvements over the Aliens versions since they're still the same size so they have the same level of restrictions in what they can do.

I just saw him today at Target, but now that I'm out of job for a couple of weeks (if not months), I can't just impulse buy stuff, so I need to keep my money and only buy the stuff I either already budgeted for (though that may be getting reduced) or preorders I have nearly paid off.

Fiscal responsibility is more important than toys, if you have one of their previous Big Chaps like the series 2 one or later then this definitely isn't a "must-get" update. Also I'm sure they'll redistribute this one down the line like they do with every other ultimate figure.

Perfect thing to kill time on a forced day home from work. The Deluxe Black Widow arrived. The stand itself is worth the price, clamp with spring tension, quality plastic, beautiful effect pieces. The Widow is great too.
