Merry Christmas lads and lassies.

Plus an adapter for component cables that has an HDMI plug so I can play my Gamecube and PS2 and actually see what's going on. I played Twin Snakes for the first time in maybe 10-15 years and had a damn good time.

Chrimbus haul. Quick thoughts except for the Marvel figures which will be on that thread. NECA Last Ronin Raph feels like a serious accomplishment of translating a comic page into a figure and except for some expected torso limitation from the shell he's well articulated. Never got any of the Foot when they were singles at Gamestop and then never saw the first movie Walmart 2 pack but now I've finally got some thanks to the SotO set. Captain Atom handles great since he's bare of any extra sculpted bits, except that some hinges are non-ideal ratchet joints. Krrsantan can't hold his rifle in a good battle pose but he's a nice figure in every other way and then Huyang is typical droid fare for the line although I'll praise that his backpack arms are also articulated.

Christmas Money Haul.

I got Marvel Legends Ant-Man from Quantiumania for $14.99. Holy Crap this is an upgrade from the previous Ant-Man and The Wasp Cull Obsidian wave version. Arms not standing out weird. Helmet isn't huge and shows Scott's eyes

Also Got Mandolorian S2 Steelbook

Been there bro. My current tv wont pick up my wifi signal, shuts off at random intervals and evn though i bought the extended warranty through wal mart they wouldnt accept the return. Appearantly, and and they dont tell you this, i have to contact the warranty people and file a claim. Fucking walmart passing the buck. At least i have my birthday buffet to look forwards to today,

Yeah, unless it's someone like Best Buy, who has Geek Squad physically in their stores, those plans are typically a scam.

Respect the past, embrace the future (comparing Rebirth figures to Hush)

I think my favorite Superman head sculpt from McFarlane does go to the Hush Superman, it feels the most like the character. I wish the skin tone for the Hush Superman figure wasn't so pale because I would like to give the Rebirth Superman figure a flight hand from that Superman, but the skin tone doesn't match. I guess I'll settle for Rebirth Superman having two fists. It's the inverse of my Mattel Supermen where Rebirth Superman has a flight hand while classic Superman has two fists.
Comparing Hush Batman to Three Jokers Batman to Rebirth Batman.

I noticed that the Hush Batman's fists have a more armored look while his open hands don't which looks weird if Batman has a mix of the hands. Then when comparing it to the Three Jokers Batman I noticed that the Hush Batman fist is the exact same sculpt. I like that the Three Jokers Batman can wield the Hush Batman's Batarangs. One complaint I have about the Hush Batman and Three Jokers Batman's head sculpts have the necks and heads as the same piece. Meanwhile, the Rebirth Batman's head sculpt is separate from the neck which makes head articulation easier and smoother as opposed to the other two figures.

Overall I like the Hush figures they just have minor flaws. Great haul all around.
