Well, we've had dolls that pee and poop for years. Why not pets too?

Of course, now all I can think of is Supertroopers:

Finally saw these at Target. I cannot justify spending $10 a piece for that. I can barely justify buying MU figures at that price.

Also saw these at TRU:

Not sure how I feel about them. I love Kre-O and hope we eventually get more TF building sets along with the Kreons. The ContructBots look like Hasbro's version of Bionicle/Hero Factory, though.

^ yeah they do and at $24.99 you have got to be a die hard fan to buy those! I mean you can buy a voyager at that price...

Damn, gotta go hunting HW again. I'll probably pick up MV and MPI as well. Big pass on the Brady-mobile.
the MV is completely inaccurate being the wrong car model

I will say that ConstructBot Bumblebee does not look half as much fun as my Generations Sandstorm.

No, it's the right make and model, just the wrong version. In Season 3, Crockett did drive a white Ferrari Testarossa. The Testarossa F512 M that's in the HW release is just the third version of that car, whereas Crockett drove the original version of the car.

Of course, if you mean the black "Daytona Spyder" that he drove during the first two seasons, that was a "fake" Ferrari. It had a Spyder body kit on top of a Chevy Corvette C3 chassis. Enzo Ferrari sued NBC because of it, but donated the Testarossa as a replacement once the fake Spyder was removed from the show (by being blown up ).

So yeah, there's no way you'll ever see that one at retail.

It was a little easier for me to stomach when the Samurai figures were out, since they were only $6.99 each at the time.

And I'm sure they're probably fun toys too. I'm just not sure if I want to get into them, or if they're worth the money. Like Salsa said, for $25 you can get a voyager-class figure and there are some damn fine voyagers out there for Beast Hunters and Generations.

You mean Beast Hunters Dreadwing, right?

Because Beast Wars Dreadwing would be a completely different toy (not to mention a mismash of three different TV shows, none of which is Beast Hunters).

Saw the new Monster Create a Monster: Color Me Creepy sets this week. Not in a hurry to get these with the whole hot/cold water changing feature, I expect these to not sell. I mean even in the package in store they were not holding a regular color , look at the feet in the pic on the werewolf, they are turning orange from the pink starter color.

Also passed on the World War Z horribleness they call a figure.

Special Forces Zombie? There's a scary thought.

(Keep in mind I have neither read the book nor seen the movie yet, so please no spoilers).

Ok, good. For a moment I thought you might have seen this (or another version of that mold) and wanted to clarify.

Passed on Despicable Me 2 toys, at my local TRU, they have the fart gun, along with lots of awesome minions, but ranging from $10 for a 2'' figure to $40 for a 8'' figure is pricey. Passed on the replica MMPR morpher, I would grab a set if they go on sale, $59.99 is a lot.
