Target has a deal on those Mashers right now. The basics are $9 each, plus they are BOGO 50% off (which covers several other brands too). Not sure if you can also use the box coupon on top of that, but if you can then you could get two of them for less than the regular price of one. Great way to try them out for cheap.

They have them BOGO free a couple of weeks ago here. I do kind of want the Iceman figure and I guess a free figure with it would have been fine but he hasn't shown up yet.

Looked really good for the price but I don't have space for it.

Saw the Flip-changer AOE Grimlock at a Walmart in Indiana this past weekend. Basically a movie-style Rescue Bot that's about the size of one of those Titan figures. I will attempt to post a pic later (gotta find my USB cable).

More Ross junk.

Saw these awesome Gizmo Gremlins tees at Wal-Mart but nothing in my size.

Cool Marvel bicycle/skating helmets for kids at Wal-Mart.

After watching Retaliation for the 2nd time I think I want this now. The Rock was destroying everything in his sight with this thing.

Toys R Us has all Neca Kick-Ass 2 figures for $9.99.

There wasn't any sale signs on it I just price scanned them and came up as that. Crappy figures so easy pass for me.

I ran into my first bit of Tranformers 4 merchandise at K-Mart tonight, running into both of the "Flip and Change" versions of Optimus Prime and Grimlock. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to snag a picture of Optimus as someone else was eyeballing him, but I was able to get a good look at Grimlock. At the risk of sounding like a whiny fan boy, these didn't really do all that much for me. They are essentially beefed up commander class figures, which is really a dis-service to those figures, which are in most cases actually quite good (the TF Prime Commander Class figures were amazing...) They're also rather expensive. Hopefully the voyager class figures will offer much more. Cool toy though for kids I suppose due to their overly simplistic transformations, and their bulky and rather detailed sculpts.

That's a damn good price on the Tread Ripper. I've been trying to track that one down at Ross for a little while now!

I saw one at Ross a couple weeks ago but it was for $9.99 since it is part of the larger scale vehicles:

How come your Rosses are so clean? I went to some Ross, TJMaxx or Marshalls in Florida last year and in every store, the toy aisle was always a mess with damaged boxes and kids playing with half-broken leftovers...

Anyway thanks for the pics, it rises my hopes!

It's not that neat. LOL. There's always crap everywhere and I always find at least 3 or 4 toys that have been stolen or boxes ripped open where kids have taken out a cool item.

But yeah. Just keep checking and keep hope alive. You never know what you'll find. My best score was 5 Marvel Universe Sentinels for $24.99 at Marshalls once. Couldn't believe my eyes.

Saw these at Walgreen's.

This at Big Lot's. Not too shabby for 3.75 fodder. But I think $8 is $3 too much. If they were $5 I would have picked some up.

Walmart stuff. I love these but not enough to waste $5 on them each. We occasionally see them loose at the flea markets/swap meets. Hope they go on clearance soon.

Saw this at the Swap Meet. Had it as a kid but I have no space for it.

LOL, yeah a new TJ Maxx just opened this morning in my area, and in search of discounted Marvel Legends, I decided to brave the grand opening crowds. The place was immaculate, but I just kept thinking that in about a week or so, it would look just like the others around here.
I've found some amazing deals at those stores, like the SW Clone Wars Y-Wing Bomber for only $20 (I wish I had bought more than one, since they were selling those for $70 at my local TRU) and plenty of TF: Prime Voyagers for amazing prices.
For prices and finds like that, I guess I can force myself to endure those stores on occasion, lol!

Saw and passed on Generations Whirl at TRU (already got mine from HTS). Also saw a ton of the TF "Rock 'Em, Sock 'Em"-ish toys (the actual name of the line escapes me ATM).

I saw the Grimlock at a Walmart about a week and a half ago, and the first thing that popped into my head was movie-style Rescue Bots.

And based on recent reviews, voyager Grimmy is better but that mold has issues of his own. Same with Op.

Ran into Voyager Class Optimus Prime tonight while at K-Mart (no Grimlocks sadly,) but took a pass. I really, REALLY wanted to like this one, because I thought the alt G1 themed mode was bad ass....but I just could not get over the lack of paint apps and details with this guy. It puts the lack of paints on some of the recent Generations figures to shame. The head sculpt is terrible as well. Maybe if Reprolabels puts out a decent set...., or Dr Wu or some other 3rd party company puts out a new head, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. Holding out hope for the eventual Takara-Tomy version...
