Looking for ideas

I just bought a big lot of Iron Man 2 comic series figures on eBay the other day. They showed up today, and included in the lot was a Marvel Legends Stealth Ops IM. I don't collect Legends (they have cool articulation, but too pricey and too big for me) and I'd love to do something more constructive with this.

So, customs. What character could I make with a 6" figure that would fit in with my MU and 3 3/4-4" movie line stuff? I know there must be something but nothing comes to mind.

I dont have ideal but i got the 2 pack ML shield agent ( female ) with stealth Ops. if that one you are talking about or is it the ML wave 1 line the with comic book .

It's the one from the shield agent two-pack. I don't think this one's worth much.

Oh thank God. Because if it was the series 1 Stealth IM and you wanted to customize... I would have slapped you silly.

Make the Super Adaptoid- that thing has been shown (mainly in the Quasar issues of Annihilation: Conquest) with an Iron Man body and any combonation of Cap, Hawkeye, Giant Man and Wasp parts- all in metallic green tones.
It's usually about ten feet tall but can change it's size from Giant man's powers.

Modern Super Adaptoid. I'm gonna hit up the local collector toy shop's loose bins and see if I can find anything with a cape like that. Sculpt over the abs on the figure, mix up some metallic green or buy some... it would be good practice because I never attempt simple customs that I know I can finish.

Gottcha.

If your gonna go the metallic route, I'd recommend painting it silver and then going over it with Tamyia Clear Green. That's how I did the red on my Iron Man Mech

And that turned out freakin incredible!

Crap...now I'm eyeing MY Stealth IM (two pack version ) the same way...

Maybe we should make it a little build-along.
Everyone makes one 5 or 6" fig into something in scale with MU- Super Adaptoid, the Mad Thiniker's Awesome Android, In-Betweener, etc.
