So it's a glow in the dark plastic Gozilla with black paint? As in if I find a paint stripper strong enough, I can make it into an all-glow Godzilla? (or melt it into a puddle of plastic goo)?

I don't really think anything. Usually, they put the name of the movie on the front of the card. This time, there was no movie listed, just the new name. My guess it's just a one-off exclusive.

That said, I'm surprised it was approved by Toho. With all the other items they've shot down that were directly related to official media, and they let something like this get approved. It's baffling to me.

Yeah, maybe they're just down with wacky colored Godzilla merch. There's also a bright orange "burning" Godzilla in the SH Monsterarts line that seems to exist for the sake of existing. Either way, it looks pretty rad and I approve.

Burning Godzilla is from one of the most iconic segments of the final Heisei-era film, Godzilla vs. Destroyah.

I remember Godzilla being in meltdown mode for almost the entire movie, it just got more intense as things went along.

I think he's referring to the Comic-Con Explosion Godzilla, which is in a much brighter color scheme than the regular Burning Godzilla.
