Is Mad Love packed in with the Mortals pack?

Same here. Haven't been able to find the Mad Love set. But I find a ton of the Mightiest Mortals (Which would have been awesome if I didn't already have both of those. Heck, I might would have been tempted to pick it up if Black Adam had his Captain Marvel styled cape)

From what I can tell, yes. When I called TRU looking for ML and gave them the SKN number, they asked me which one in particular. I said to the girl, I was only aware of 1, she said nope and read the names off of the screen. Joker vs Harley and Black Adam vs Shazam. The item number is the same for both in the assortment. ML is just the hot one everybody wants. I was lucky, the store I called had one left, next to 4 of the MM.

Yeah, I've been seeing this set a lot, actually. The only reason I passed is because I have both characters from their DCUC releases. Plus, I like the Joker in purple better than in black.

I just like the packaging.
Also, I like the new harley better than the blue-faced DCUC.

Its worth it for Harley alone. The prices the blue faced version goes for is nuts. Having a gift card and $5 off coupon helped too lol. I do prefer a purple Joker over the black too but, they do look great together. It was too good to pass up not having either of the figures.

Very good point. I have to admit I never cared for that blue face. And the packaging is cool. I like the hearts that are molded into the plastic.

You can always use the reward coupons and/or Facebook coupons to make the price easier (even though the price is about right for 2 DCUC figures anyways, with no crazy markup TRU usually has for their exclusives) to swallow. You can always try trading or selling the Joker off. So

We went to TRU and saw 5 of the shazam pack and 2 Mad Love.
We wanted to get the ML set but passed on it because of the 5 MU figures we bought instead. And also when we were telling our wallet that it was about to be raped by TRU some1 went directly to the isle and grabbed the 2 ML sets.

No, I'm pretty sure it's 3 of each in a case. When I went to TRU the day they arrived, they had 3 MM and 2 ML. Then I was talking to one of the guys that works there (he recognizes me well, he knows I hunt DCUC and Transformers, and usually tells me "hey we got this in today" if he sees me before I get to the action figure section). Anyway, he says "yeah, I actually have me one of those in the back to buy after work. I'm a big Batman fan."

So, 3 Shazam/Black Adam sets and 3 Joker/Quinn sets. He got one Mad Love, and of course I got the other two (and sorry, they're both spoken for already).

And the MM sets are already gathering dust.

Me too. I'm not planning on picking this up (cutting down--not because I don't like it), but similar to the Bizzaro vs. Faker two pack, this is a set that was just made to be. It just looks fun, and is a pair that makes sense to be sold together.

I actually want this set just to display it in package. And that's a first for me.

I want three. One for display. One for Harley, and one to send to an ex as a gift (She has a thing for Joker/Harley).
But that'd end up being $90, of a rare set, so that's out of the question.

I would like to get one of these for my collection. Like the new Harley and refuse to pay secondary market prices for the blue-faced Wave 2 figure from back in 2007. Then again, this set is going for $50+ on eBay and the like right now. Man, it'd be great if I could find this set at my local TRU. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Geez, I'm starting to feel bad that I didn't hang on to the one I found instead of returning it, considering it probably just ended up in the hands of a scalper. Next time I stumble across something that significant I'll at least try to hang on to it long enough to give the Arkers a chance at it.
