I asked to talk to a manager and have been on hold for a good ten minutes thus far. It's an extra $13. I know that doesn't break the bank, but its another DCUC figure or two MU figures.

Plus I don't see why they wouldn't just do it.

Dude, insist on it. I've done it before. Worst case, just tell them you'd like to cancel your order (which you can do, just don't let them know you're reordering), then reorder all the items. You may have to wait a few days for the original order's money to hit your card, but at least it saves you the extra shipping costs.

Haha, there's actually some controversy with that picture. Some dude who owns a toy store in the US blew that picture up, drew panties to cover the ass and put it on his store window and this apparently pissed off the original artist (a fellow MOTU collector regular Joe like you and I).

Usually, yeah. I actually question whether they actually ship on the date that they tell you that they do. I mean I've shipped stuff via Ground to the US and it arrived in about 12 days. This is just ridiculous.

Anyway, I email to try and cancel my order. I'm bummed that I won't get in to this line now, but I have no interest in dealing with those people again.

I'll enjoy He-man, Skeletor and Battlecat, if they refuse to cancel, but I'd rather not give them my money.

You are a better man than a lot of us. The fact they won't cancel makes no sense and as I said is unprofessional. There is NO reason to say someone cannot cancel. Unless it is on a plane to your door...

No, you're not naive.. they're dicks.

Did you use UPS? If you did; go place another order with everything you want, then refuse the UPS package when it arrives. Or just eat the additional shipping. Unfortunately, customer convenience isn't Matty's priority.

Man, that sucks that they won't help you, but don't let this sour your chance to collect a great line of toys. Like Optimus Vader said, just order the five you want and refuse the other one.

OK guys (and gals?)... I just realized they had Hordak and Leech. Who again, I know nothing about, but definitely recognize from childhood. I also wanted Panthor and She-Ra...

After my rant and anger with the company. Do I just say f*ck it and place another order for those four? Or do I stick to my guns?

Honestly, just order it. The savings in shipping is minimal since you're ordering an oversized figure in both lots (Battlecat and Panthor). Hordak and Leech are going for a real steal, I've seen them for as high as $40 and IMO, you can't have She-Ra without Hordak. Yeah they suck, but it's just a business. If I don't buy the toy, they really don't care, someone else will buy it. I'll care, though. I'll miss out on something I really want and that'd be a shame!

They have Mossman, Leech, Keldor, Chief Carnivus, Gygor, Trap Jaw, Mer-Man, Demo-man, She-Ra, Panthor, etc all still in stock at great prices. You have a great chance now to get some of the more difficult ones to get like Hordak, Leech, Trap Jaw and Mer-Man, Mossman are definite buys for anyone who doesn't have them.

Only She-Ra and Panthor will be all year round. The rest will sell out, probably within a few hours or a couple of days max from my experience.
