Yeah, I see Hordak and Trap Jaw going soon. I imagine Scareglow and Teela were divebombed by scalpers at 10 each since they fetch a pretty penny. Hordak is easily one of my favourites. He may even be my MOST favourite out of all the figures. He just looks so damn cool with the bat armor and the cowl.

I waited nearly two damned years for those figure stands to come back in stock, since the site shut me out of ordering them the last time they had them (And when it finally would work, GONE! FOR A YEAR AND A HALF).
And what happens again? By the time I'm able to get to them... sold out.
I DON"T EVEN CARE IF THEY'RE ON SALE OR NOT! I just want Matty to keep them in stock so I may, you know... BUY THEM.

The stands have been up for purchase every day since about August.

While this thread is fresh... I hate that damn Hoverboard ad.

With the exception of last night, where they were marked as "Coming Soon," every single time I've been there since late 2010, they're always marked "Sold Out," without fail.

That sucks.. I might be the problem because I keep buying more almost every month. The week of Cyber Monday I really stocked up.

Just because..

Which stands are we talking about here? The Castle Grayskull stands have always been available, but the DCUC stands , I believe, have not.

Good point.. I assumed we were talking MOTUC stands, but maybe CJ is talking about the DCUC stands.

So they get them fairly regularly, and I've just had exceptionally severely bad luck?
Good! I'll start checking dailly if I have to. I need five packs, and I'll be happy.
I wouldn't need to buy so many if I would actually come across them every so often. But by now I'm up to almost a hundred figures who need stands. So that's four packs there. And I need an extra for the figures that have yet to be released.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about DCUC stands. They have the Super Powers stands and the regular stands. They still have Super Powers stands if you want to get those, dude. They're the same size and shape and came with certain figures that were from the Super Powers line. Exact same stand, just has Super Powers printed on it. One suggestion if that bothers you is you can use them for only the Super Powers figures and then give the regular stands you already have to non Super Powers characters.

Here's the link if you're interested:
MattyCollector.com Online Store - DCU Power Stands

Here's a complete list of the Super Heroes Toyline in case you care about who should get what stand.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Powers_Collection

It's basically the main JL, Captain Marvel, most of the New Gods guys, etc.

Back to MOTUC stands, are these any good? I almost bought some today but not sure if they're worth the money.

Congrats buddy, I can confirm that Hordak is an amazing figure, probably my favourite of the entire line. Carnivus is also pretty cool although he looks slightly out of place. Waiting on Demo-man, so no opinion there, but I am looking forward to getting the spare Comic Version Skeletor head to use for my DC vs MOTU two pack Skeletor.

Yeah, that figure is great. I also have the teal version. Dunno which one I like more but the teal one has two heads, the Vintage head and the 200x head that was in the two pack you mentioned. I like using the vintage head on him, makes them look like two totally different characters.

You're right, I was talking about the DCUC stands.
Didn't know they had the superpowers. Pains me like hell to get those, but I may have to, if I don't want to wait another year and a half.
Thanks!

I dunno, usually around $25. Megator is so much cooler, though. I mean what kind of crackpot weapon is that anyway? Megator also comes with two heads. That is, if you only plan on getting one. IMO, Megator is cooler.

I'm definitely doing Club Eternia next year. I hear Ram Man is the next club exclusive and considering you have to drop a C note for Shadow Weaver from sellers, it makes sense being as I've pretty much bought every figure so far and some cost way more than I should've been willing to pay.

25 bucks? Haha he went for 40 on Matty so I doubt I will see him for anything under 50.

BBTS has him for $35.99. But I also have to agree with thechris, I've seen him go for pretty low on the bay before. He doesn't seem to be that popular of a figure. If you're patient you can definitely score one around the $25-$30 range plus shipping.
