They aren’t much added value, compared to the full bonus figures that were included with previous HasLabs.

And yes, I know that full figures would probably up the price-tag, but they’d also up the perceived value. This is two hundred dollars for just Giant-Man.

Founding Avenger, relatively inexpensive compared to most Haslabs, no characters being held "hostage" by a stretch goal.

This project might as well be labeled "Come Up With An Easy Win After Last Year's Debacle Or You're Fired".

Last year's Marvel Haslab: WTF hasblo y u put these characters that people want behind a tier!

This year's Marvel Haslab: The tiers suck.

You either want a two-foot Hank Pym or you don't want a two-foot Hank Pym. God forbid it be as simple as that.

That looks pretty good. I’m hoping we get a first appearance Wasp released at some point too.

They may have already released it and I didn't know (I'm not a Legends collector) but a normal-size figure in the same costume seems like something that should be included by default, or Wasp in the appropriate costume with some manner of anchoring him to his shoulder for a floating pose?

Nifty figure, and better price than I expected after getting the email from Pulse, but it feels like something is just missing. Of course, it's at almost 1k in less than an hour, so I'm willing to accept that that's just me.

The campaign definitely feels like they're being trepidatious after last years failure. But, I have no doubt that this funds this time.

Thank you for the fantastic insight. Ultimately EVERYTHING is usually "you either want it or you don't". God forbid they would use a little creativity with the stretch goals as opposed to Zombie/Skrull/done.

I love the figure, thank you Hasbro for a great representation of the Giant-Man! But, I am in agreement with you, the tiers are not impressive, especially for a Haslab. I guess most of us who are going to get the figure have to take the good with the bad.

I knew it was at most a 2 percent chance it was an MCU version but I was hoping. For this price, I may jump in.

Agreed! Credit where it's due. It IS a beautifully executed figure. I love the swappable full face plates inserted beneath the mask (how will that mask hold up over time?). Clear plastic eyes with interior paint is absolutely fantastic. The shadowing and highlight deco all over is wonderful. The full wrap harness/suspender thing is super clever. He'll be the best factory painted ML figure ever. A very straight forward offering with some exciting innovation. I hope all you guys that want one are able to get it.

Sorry, but $200 for a Giant Man is too much. $125 tops. For this price it should have at the very bare minimum included 2 figures. Face plates tiers are trash that <1% of people will ever use. This is going to most likely fail too like the Rancor did b/c the tiers are bad and the product is overpriced.

Have you checked the page yet? This is a 6th of the way in two hours. This isn't "limp toward the finish line" but "unlock all the tiers halfway through the campaign" trajectory.

Yeah it seem a bit much, but for that size the shipping cost must be crazy, so I'll give them a break. (I know Galactus was bigger at 32in, but he was also $400) The pricing for large figs on the market are kinda all over the place. The 2019 3 feet tall Deadpool from Neca was $700. The 2014 Jakks Pacific 2 feet tall (41 inches long!) Godzilla was $50-$60. So draw your own conclusions on the price based on build, inflation, licensing, other factors, etc.

The mask shape and the way it obscures the eyebrows makes him look permanently angry. Smiling face looks like a sneer and his neutral face looks annoyed.

Neca 18” figures are about $125 or so now. They have limited articulation and few accessories. This is 24” and fully articulated. $199 for this is a steal. I’m not sure some people have a grasp on how much things actually cost.

There is actually nothing I can pick apart about this campaign. Everything’s perfect. I would expect this to back easily. Most likely well north of 20,000.

Fair enough price I guess. Just too expensive for me as someone that isn't a huge Legends collector.

I couldn't care less about this figure, but at $200 and only 10,000 backers needed it should easily succeed. I mean, 45 days left and already over 2,000 backers have taken the plunge.

I noticed that as well. It morphs his "smiling" face into a,"I'm gonna turn elephants inside out and stick them on telephone polls in your front yard" face.

Not sure why you would mention Neca's accessories when this Haslab only comes with 2 alternate faceplate as accessories if only the base goal is met, and 2 additional faceplates if the max backers are met. Neca's movie Turtles came with 7 extra hands, weapon, and a pizza slice. The new Neca 1/4 animated series Turtles comes with even more accessories. (communicator, grappling hook, etc.) Bringing attention to this Haslab's accessories is not the way to go.

Yeah it no goals are met all ya just get a big ass figure. Not even a Giant Man sized Kirby-esque rocket launcher. I don't even know if Giant Man has ever used a giant sized gun. But it would be fuckin cool.
