Her crotch looks funny. Looks like she had a d*** basically. It must be a second piece overtop. Otherwise she looks pretty good.

I had got the Revo Psylocke and Gambit and told myself I'm good with those versions if other companies released them, but now have both Mafex ones on preorder lol. This looks great.

I hope Mafex keeps making these 90s comic X-Men. I'm hoping for Rogue and Bishop, but would love for some company like Mafex to start putting out some X villains.

Definitely not the first female I wanted from the line or a character which I have any real interested in (except for when people cosplay as her) so I’ll be fine sticking with the legends version. However, I’m going all in on the Sideshow Collectables X-Men line so I need to save my cash in case she’s their next release as well. Terrible logic but such is the nature of the collecting beast.

Ooh, another Psylocke! Want!
Edit: kind of has the DST Psylocke design, but feels better quality and more cleaner paintwork. Especially love the face.

Very much on the fence for this. In terms of imports, MAFEX has done a great job with comic inspired figures. The facesculpt isnt hitting that 90s Jim Lee notes enough for me. Was excited with the rumors just didn't come out how I would have liked. Kind of along the lines with ddarko, I liked the DST version best, wasn't perfect but of what was out there. Held off for a more suited scale for my collection with high hopes. Guess I will hope for a repaint or version 2.0 from them it seems, but that may not happen.

... The crotch is pretty distracting- makes ot look like a guy cosplaying as Psylocke... and while i don't spend perv time staring at toy crotches i can tell you that Mezco Batman crotches stick out crazy bad and is the first thing people notice... so I think I'll pass on this unless some changes get made. Another Mafex miss for me Im afraid.

Maybe she on her period and it’s a maxi-pad? It’s such a hot looking figure otherwise...I’m a little worried about the butt too. It’s looking a bit like the SHF Cammy and not the SHF Mika. If anybody has those figs they know....I’ll still probably get cuz I need female Mafex

I could be wrong, but I think it is not bad as it seems to look in the photos. I think you get the appearance because of the paint shading and the angle.

absolutely could be that- we should get some more pics soon without the "pro" lighting that could fix it. Some in hand reviews too will help

could also be the posing. in the comics Jim Lee always drew women arching their backs. if you tilt the hip or bend the waist joint I think it will make the crotch not pop out.

Love the Marvel Select Psylocke, but looking forward to the crispness Medicom will (hopefully) bring; see how it goes. Kinda wish they had committed to a proper thong though; but maybe this is best for a cleaner sculpt?

That's pretty awesome... her angry face looks like how a kid smiles in their kindergarten photo though. I really like how they make the boot area strappy looking on one side.

Seriously though, where's her psychic butterfly effect? They can't miss that out!

On the fence on this one. Looks pretty cool but really not wowwing me at all for some reason. Will wait to see some inhand reviews before committing.

I did some looking around into the past releases of the X-men line from Mafex this year, and they seem to have a pretty bad rep so far. Those all had great expectations when the pre-order pics were released, but turned out to be a let down. For almost close to 100 USD, that is an issue. Made me cautious about pre-ordering this one. I might wait for release to see how well they did before ordering this one.
