Nearly a perfect rendition of Todd McFarlane's Venom. Nearly perfect....with the exception of that Brock head sculpt. This is one time where Hasbro got it right.
It's a tiny nitpick though, and this thing is so pre-ordered when it finally goes live. This is the Venom figure I've been literally waiting for my entire life. |

It looks awesome! However....
I can't help but feel like they shoulda added a tongue head, I know, I know, that's not really Todd Venom, but it's just so damn iconic now that it feels like a slight letdown. Otherwise I dig it!

This figure keeps getting better and better! By far the BEST rendition of McFarlane's Venom. Love the two Venom portraits. The Brock one is a little off (looks kinda anime...), but still nice to have. Can't wait for this!

Looks like a perfect blend of McFarlane (eyes & mouth) and Bagley style (athletic body type instead of power lifter, Eddie head). Definitely gonna have to order this.
Also, @buddyboy101 your avatar... I once owned the original inked pencils of that art in the 90's as well as the Spider-Tracer Spiderman art.

Odds are, it'll probably be Carnage, unfortunately.

This is a definite stand-out Venom figure, I'll probably pick this guy up as long as he doesn't come out alongside too many other figures. I wonder if Mafex will do a movie version Venom if the movie does well?

That would be rather interesting! I would personally love a Dock Ock. And a much easier to produce figure, Ben Reilly's Spider-Man suit.

I keep waiting on a Bagley-style figure, but most of the Venom figures are non-committal and blend different eras. This one is from another universe...and it even persuaded me to pre-order the Spider-man release as well. Good times to be a Venom fan |

Haven't felt the desire to own a Venom action figure until now, this is great.

i think everyone really likes this one..
but luckily for me..i'm starting to come to my senses and not actually purchase every 100.00 damn dollar figure i see that i like... perfect example of my new me where there is a great figure i like but i'm just not going to let myself spend that on one fig. (John Wick also!!) great fig though...wondering how it will scale with legends exactly. |

Spent an hour trying to order from HLJ... finally gave up. If their site is upgrading, or whatever, they should take it down til it’s ready. Absolutely ridiculous to tease product they won’t allow people to order.

How do these compare size-wise to Mezco one:12 figures. I want to see if it will fit in with the one:12 Spidey

Preordered this from amiami, and watching very carefully for the release of the third party ko Venom 1:6 figure, The Poison. If Hot Toys or nobody else releases a decent 1:12 scale, I’ll get that too.

I don't buy many super expensive figures. But this will have to be one of them.

They are switching to a new site. I tried all afternoon to preorder a Figuarts Anakin that was finally available and it kept refusing my payment until the item was back at "Order Stop." When I emailed customer support as the site advised me to do, I was invited to clear my cookies and try again. Of course Anakin is long gone now so there's no point.

Curious that they would use a slightly modded costume design from Spider-Man 3 for that third party Venom of all things. It looks cool...but I'm not a fan of those weird upper body proportions he has.
