Target price is $7.99.
Target DPCI # for Marvel Universe is 087-06-1970
The DCPI# is 087-06-2076 for Wolverine Origins movie/comic figures. Those will also be $7.99.

Walmart now has the higher prices. I no longer shop their very much anymore.

TRU & Meijer are also $7.99.
KMart is $8.99 but their prices vary from store to store.

My WM must not have gotten the e-mail. None here. All I want is Bullseye until wave 3 comes out.

I knew I shoulda hit Wally today. I saw an unopened case of wave 1 rev 1 on the pallet last night. (Course all I'm looking for from Wave 1 is Flamin' Torch so I guess I'm not missing anything ) I got almost everything I want from wave 1 at TRU last Wednesday. But I still need to find the Wolverine Origins figures. I was counting on the street date to allow me to swoop in and get them, Guess I'm hunting now

I'm finding spidy's left in stores (but the are 2 per case)
I bought one of each figure yesterday from all 3 series, went back today and all that was left was a deadpool, spidy, and wolverine in strike gear (which I missed yesterday) so I got him and the deadpool today. (needed a second deadpool to open)

Looks like there might be some lack of communication at the stores. Not surprising in big stores like Walmart (especially 24/7 super Walmarts like mine).

While I saw them out on the floor in their nice little cardboard boxes last night, they weren't put up when I went this morning. They were put in the back again.

So it looks like they DID send out memos to at least TRU and Walmart, but then some stores aren't putting them on the shelves because of what it says on the box. I assume in my store's case, they were put out on the floor to be unpacked due to the memo, but then the unpackers saw the DO NOT OPEN message and put them in the back, thinking it was a mistake. Probably a lack of communication and it sucks. It might be happening at a lot of stores.

I didn't try the other Walmart or my local TRU though. I'll do that tomorrow.

All I'd heard is that TRU Corporate sent an email to TRUs to break the sale date since so many of their incompetent employees were doing so anyway. But I've still not heard of any sightings or sales at Target who are apparently still sticking to Hasbro's wishes. TRU must figure that if they're gonna get yelled at by Hasbro they might as well get all the first-comer money for it.

Our store stuck to the street date. We put ours Wolverine Origins figures out last Friday. I asked the manager if the Marvel Universe figures'(which we just got that same morning) street date had been lifted, and he said no. Which is a little odd.

Anyways, here's a few pics of mine that I took:

None of the Targets in my area have the figures in their stockroom yet.
I've been checking every other day since i figured out the DCPI number a couple weeks back.
No Universe(087-06-1970), no Wolverine(087-06-2076), no wolverine and the xmen (087-06-2078).
I hear that they get 3 trucks per week though, and there's supposed to be some type of reset done on/by 03/01/09.
We'll see.

So I talked to some of our MASS state friends here the other day, how are you guys doin? Thanks for your help, as posted I totally rocked the trip to framingham and got everyone I wanted.

1. So I go to furyfiles.com and there is nothing about becoming a shield agent and no place to type in my secret code. What gives? Just me or others as well?

2. I heard there was going to be a mail away Nick Fury figure, the back of my packages for ironman and the Panther state to keep the package for future reference. What do you think they are going to want the UPC or the Shield emblem? most likely the upc as the sheild emblem has a little tag on it, so it wont get tape on the front. Obviously so I can stick it on one of the new joe movie vehicles (i'm looking at you Cobra hover plane). So what should I keep?

I don't think the codes will work until the first official release date, since the timer is still counting down on the site.

I could be wrong but I think Punisher from wave 3 has smaller hands too. The wave 1 version has HUGE hands!

I just ran into a hasbro rep at my local walmart and she confirmed that the figures were in the back waiting for the 3-1 street date.

When I asked her if hasbro had lifted the street date she said no made a phone call and confirmed the street date was still in place.

When I called Hasbro comsumer division the lady said she can not confirm any marvel universe product until the 3-1 street date.

That might be why at my local walmarts, the only things I've seen were Wolverine & The X-Men figures.

I'll be patient, it isn't too long for now and I think there will be plenty figures to go around.
