yep, pretty simple setup. black poster paper taped to my wall and desk, my magnifying lens lamp with paper around it to diffuse the light, and camera is a canon powershot a580.

hahaha yep! will be a while before he's finished but here's the rough mock up. might try a few head variations before i'm satisfied and need to sculpt everything that isn't lower legs or forearms.
