There used to be a guy on here that had a comic shot of that bag head spidey as his avatar pic, then after that he had a dude in a bag head in a suit as his avatar.

Anybody remember that or who that was??

That guy must have flipped out when he saw that they made that fig, like what are the odds of that?? I wish I remembered who that was/hope he gets one/has one already

For sure, scalp city USA, I have been there a few times but didn't buy anything.

At least they are nice enough to scalp you to your face instead of from some unknown interwebs location

Nope. Even HISS Tank has a limit of 100.

What I do is download them all when it gets full, save it in an excel document, and delete them all. That way I have backups just in case. I have every message to and from since around November 2011.

Meh, the thread has become a mixture of sightings, posings, and sales. And I think everyone is pretty happy with the result. I think we all want to see more amazing setups, but I'm happy reading everyone's conversations as long as we're generally talking about MU.

SICK deal! One of my WMs clearanced Avengers toys down to $5 before the movie came out, but they've all been $10 since then.

That would take FOREVER to look through everything. Sounds like the place I'd most likely find my HTF error figs though.

I saw F N S on Collection Intervention last night, they made a lady open a booth and sell her Barbies there. I had to laugh and tell my wife all about what I've heard of that place.

I still want to go though. Maybe next year before or after SDCC.

Yup, that's what they said anyway. Hopefully they don't have anything else too crazy. I've got a pass to get in and a couch to crash on if I can figure out how to pay for airfare. I've been thinking of selling one of my Walking Dead #1's...

I saw that! It's pretty amazing, even if the scale of the rotors is off a bit. I'd love to see one in the proper scale, but that's probably the real problem with making that happen. You just can't have rotors that small lifting that much mass. Probably breaks many laws of physics.

Because they pack the 5 packs differently, and it's tough to sell off the extras in Wave 19 once the one SW and Kang are used up. Basically, you have to open a case just to get 5 figures, and you won't get your return on the rest of the case in all likelihood. So they're trying to make up what they'll lose by separating the case out.

FF version will be EVERYWHERE in a couple months. Don't sell us short Hasbro! Give Baghead a chance!!!!

I wonder if all the baghead cases were used up in other parts of the world. Didn't he come in that weird hodge-podge case that included Prof X?

You don't need bag head for the parker head! Just buy the recast one from Onyx. If all you really want is the head, he's got an incredible recast and you can buy multiple!

Yea, I remember him being so THRILLED we were getting one. I don't think he's posted in awhile...

My TRU FINALLY stocked Wave 18. NO VARIANTS. BOO!

Geez. We get stuff so late we barely get a chance at the variants. Makes my decision to pre-order cases all the more easy.

Where the hell are the preorders for Wave 20?

They give us Wave 18, then Wave 19 a month later, but we're going to wait a couple months for Wave 20?

Should I go with BBTS or wait on Amok Time (they already got my money)?
Amok Time says they'll shit the case for free because they hosed me back on the 2nd.

I already have Punisher and She hulk so should I just pay ebay prices for those two- $50 for both and cancel the case order...or just say screw it, cancel the case and hunt at retail?!

It's funny (maybe' tragic' is the right word) that we all panic about figure-X when the waves first start showing up, then in a few months when they hit retail they are wiped from our memory, lol. I'm just as guilty as anyone.

I'm with Pete, give bag head a chance! I'm gonna buy a handful of those guys for customs when our retail stores inevitably get bombarded by Spideys!

I'm going to wait it out until the end of the month. If I don't receive the assortment or don't hear back them, I'm going to call and ask for a refund.

GRRRR! GRRRR, I say!
I'm 5'11" hardly hobbit status.

I just pulled the trigger as soon as the link got posted, everyone had the same opportunity as I did.

So the term "appreciation" plus a picture of carded figs is code for selling? It just seems weird to me.

If I would've collected these on card, and I posted a photo saying I'm appreciating what I have, I would have been nonplussed if anyone offered to buy any of it.

I'm not confused by the fact that people are selling in here. On the contrary; I have snagged some awesomeness that way. It's the fact that sometimes there doesn't seem to be any mention of the selling happening. Just a photo post and a mention of "appreciation" then like three posts down the same person indicates which have sold.

My solid Vision arrived today. To a zip code 40 miles away...

On a positive note, ToyWiz's Wave 19 is in their warehouse.

decided to go another route altogether- bought SW and Kang off Amazon for $50 shipped, canceled my Amok Time order and that's that.

Now I just need Professor X and Blastaar! Hell, if amazon had Blastarr, I'd have skipped the Witch- they gave her the wrong body or her comics look- that X-23 torso is the worst!

You're just a freakishly large basketball playin Hobbit.

I know it's just luck of the draw but it's frustrating as hell- you think someting is a done deal and two days later get an email saying to wait a few more weeks...

Still, alls well- and Soon my favorite Avengers sorta-villian will be in my collection!
he's really saved the day on occasion...giving Starlord a (cracked) Cosmic Cube to stop Magus and Thanos was petty big.
