That came out great! I thought about using the white Hand Ninja's legs and arms too. But I think I wanna try fixing up my standard Moon Knight using the Future Foundation Spidey's body.

As far as havok's mask why oh why does it have to be so crappy, the egg beater thing was not cool to begin with but to incorporate it into an mask just makes me

Yes on Black Knight & Spidey, I'd read that book you mentioned and holy crap a character who got developed maybe that is why folks feel as though he isn't as popular. Maybe that is also why I like less visible heroes because they actually have real lasting changes, oh well so much for havok, he'll probably die by issue 12 and Cap will take back over

I have heard of people purposely shipping to the wrong area, so that it may be claimed as lost in the post that way they do not owe you money back, and if you do somehow recover it, it being filled with rocks or paper. Not trying to say it always happen, just saying what I have read somewhere on the internet.
