Doesn't matter, Swap Meet, comic convention, comic shop, wherever, ML can be an expensive line to collect. Same could be said about MU and mostly everything else, but that's the deciding factor to alot of people.

I have crossbones (not the one with red eyes) & US Agent and their ankles swivel and move up and down but not a rocker. the battlefield cap has rockers though and it is sweet. don't have winter soldier though sorry. US Agent's wrists are stationary though so it is kinda hard to pose him with a shield sometimes

also to find out about figures, youtube is a great place to go and watch reviews to see if it is worth picking up, it is what i do

articulation is better than the avengers line i can tell you that much. they have ankle articulation along with wrists and torso.
