Thanks to the person who posted the link to the cheap Nick Fury eBay auction I've now got him (cheers!). When he arrived with his silly mouth expression I felt obliged to make a cigar for him so here it is:

(As people appreciated the table cloth I'd though I'd use it again!)
How did you make the cigar?

It's a small section of styrene rod - you can get them in most model shops, I'd hazard a guess at about 1mm diameter but I can double check that if you want.

I cut the end that's in his mouth on the diagonal so it's sits in his mouth better - I haven't used any glue or anything, it's pretty snug though.

I love these little MU's. I've seen some horrible paint apps on some though. But overall they are great for the price (retail). The Super Skrull is awesome! And I love the costum phasing Vision.

Welcome to the boards! As you can see most of us love them as well.
The price is ehhhh considering that GI Joes are the same price or even cheaper and have a ton of accessories.
The Giant Skrull is cool and I like the custom super skrull that I have. Also the custom phasing vision that I have is one of my favorites.
I've noticed that for the new wave, all the paint apps have been perfect but thats only from the few that ive seen in stores and the ones that I have. Previously it was kinda hit or miss on the paint jobs.

I'll agree with that. Price-wise and accessories -- the Joes have MU beat.
Some of the paint apps I've seen have been horrible, maybe it's just in my area. Saw Jean Grey they other day with a big red dot on the tip of her nose. The "Heroic Age" Captain American movie figures had the worst paint apps I have ever seen. Crooked stars, overlapping stripes, chipped paint. I had to go through eight to find one that was decent.
Thanks for the welcome!

Smurf, you should post your pics of your MOC collection! =D. I love looking at MOC collections and dreaming on what my MOC collection would look like, if I wasn't addicted to opening boxes...:P

I've got pics from some of my collection on my flickr page. I'll post some pics and links in the other forum when I get a chance. Got a birthday coming up this month so I should have a nice toy haul and new pics then! In the meantime I'm gonna be drooling over the rest of y'all's collections.

Mailman dropped off a bike for my MU Ghost Rider and MLS Juggernaut.

Some comparison shots between the MLS and MU Jugg:

Juggernaut had to start trouble right away with the MLS Hulk

Gonna make that scene just for you then.

Meanwhile, I just picked up Astral Doctor Strange courtsey of Ragnar!

Without a doubt, Marvel's best figure to date- surpassing Cable by far!
Even his base is clear!
And it's not unpainted either- Doc's eyes and Eye of Agamotto are painted a shiney silver!

Totally kicks ass.

I am still waiting for the prices to go down and the regular one, I would love a variant, but only after I have a regular haha. Glad you found Cable too Jason! He has been on my most wanted list for awhile along with Thanos. Lucky for me though I got a Thanos coming soon-ish =D

Well, there's none of these new wave dow in florida yet- ragnar posted a week or so back that he had an extra (super cool of him) and I jumped on the chance to have this!

While out just now, I saw both the Silver Samuari and Taskmaster two packs on sale for $13.99 at Toys R Us....if anyone desperately needs them I can go back tomorrow for you.

hey guys, im new here, and ive been collecting theses figures for the past two years. ive seen the good and the bad with these things, im probably well over a hundred lol. I have done a custom bike for my ghost rider using those motorcycles for the iron man 2 line. Also, i cant find the iron man 2 fig thread if there is one, i found a whole wave of those slighly rare concept series repaints like this one
http://www.brianstoys.com/store/Prod...MARVVSTEALTHC9at target. are they considered rare?

Yeh kinda,... they're the newer waves of IM2 figures and they can be rare just depends on distrabution,... haven't found them my way... My Winner's store has tons of IM2, Hulkbuster and Iron Monger figures for like $5.
I got the Target 2 pack iron man and Punisher.... frigging love this punisher figure. Snagged an Spiderman series Rhino! finally! also found myself a Captain Marvel.... 2 months back I found the entire wave 1 day at Walmart minus this guy... finally have the whole wave, and picked up the retro Captain america figure... debated on some hydra trooper figures but I couldn't justify the $15 each for em... no new thor figure I need me some warriors 3 and I want a 4'' and 8'' Destroyer.
