I may result in ordering online rather then hunting, but hunting is fun, and cheaper.
I got to ask. What MU figures did you see and how much do they go for in your area? 9.98 CAD?

What a joke. There goes half a tank of gas -.-

@Marv0850: You have inspired me to take pics of the Avengers collection I have. Pics will fallow sooner or later.
man.. I'm sorry about that ive had days like that as well TOO many in fact! One tip I have to beat those bastards at their own game is hitting up the walmarts (if 24 hours) at 1 am ish. Jerks wont know what hit em at 6 am the following morning ZOMG MY EBAYZ...

Thanks for the advice! Sadly, Wal-Marts only go 24/7 around Christmas. Also, I only have one local Wal-Mart and any other Wal-Mart is 45-60 min away. So getting there at 6am hurts, when I am only going to be disappointed with my luck. I also talked to the nice lady who runs toys at my Wal-Mart and she explained to me how the ordering works. In my area, Marvel Universe is not popular at all. I seem to be the only person who buys it! [last summer time-ish I cleared them out of Multiple Men, Colossus, Mystique, Ghost Rider, and Wrecker] They haven't had any new stock since! Anywho, back on track, she said they have an "auto checkout ordering system" so whatever goes through checkout gets auto ordered. She was actually nice enough to manually order a few boxes of single carded MU figures and hope the system doesn't erase it. Wish me luck again fellas! Lol

Picked up a few comic packs today, the first class packs were 17.99 each!!! Ouch, not sure if I am going to keep them at that price but the Sabretooh and Marvel Girl figures are really cool. The Deadpool and Taskmaster was 14.99 which i'll be keeping, mostly for Taskmaster as I already have the XMO Deadpool.

Haha Comic Packs in Canada are 18.99. 14.99 would be flipping awsome! Good finds! The Deadpool is suppose to be better than the XMO one too. So, keep me posted if it is? XD

I found the Deadpool/Taskmaster and Wolverine/Silver Samurai today. The Wal-Mart that is near my house had more of those than the normal lot of 2 packs. Which around here is pretty unusual.

From the new wave, I'm still missing Cyclops, Cable and Apocalypse. But it seems like they always have Gladiator and 1st Appear. Wolverine.

Nice Tiberius!

Those are 2 good figures. WWH is my favorite Hulk and I like the overall look of Gladiator.

Its showdown, he is a fragile figure but he poses great. I had to tighten every joint on him save for his ankles and wrists lol

The Frost Giant/Loki GB Set is solid. Great detail on the Giant, and Loki looks friggin looney as they come. I appreciate these things.

By far my favorite GB set so far. I think Optimus Vader and other owners would agree that the picture does not do it justice. Great drybrushing on the chest plate, detail on the helmet, axe etc.

Definitely a must have

Same here, but SHS Spidey is my all time top Spidey, followed soon after by SDDC spidey and then nothing....

Speaking of SHS, definitive Beast (Grey & Blue) figure while we are at it. I will shocked if a better one is ever made.

What are you trying to say... I have weak photography skills?!?!

..hehe, just kidding. I just point and shoot.

I completely agree with you though. This is the only GB set I own, and the first Frost Giant set I've seen in person. I'm really impressed with the overall quality of the figure. For $25 (and it includes a 3.75" figure), this blows away what I'd consider comparable products from Mattel/Matty. MOTUC Tytus is $40 + shipping. Other than maybe a little more up/down head movement, the Giant is incredibly articulated, and all of the joints are nice and tight so there's no problem supporting the weight.

..and I've seen the Goliath set in stores (big pass)... I'm not saying the quality isn't there, but there's no comparing the work that went into him vs. the Frost Giant. Goliath is just a large man wearing a white shirt and black pants; Frost Giant has a very detailed suit and other features that had to warrant much more attention.

I still dont get thm making that set in the first place- Bill Foster was a very minor character that had not need used in a decade before they dragged him out to be killed by robo-Thor there in Civil War.

He's dead- autopsied and buried. Why make a fig of him when they could have made A Kree Sentry with Kree Soldier or maybe A Sphinx and Nova or even a Growing Man and Kang? Stature and Patriot? Ultimo and Iron Man? Fin Fang Foom and Mandarin? Red Ronin and Wonder Man?
Anything would have been better!

I'm not sure why, maybe because there arent that many black characters that have been made? I thought it was a pretty bad idea from pictures but I actually really like the set.

I had no clue who he was or what he was from. For a figure to be "ownable" for me, they either need to be known by me or just look cool or badass,.. and Bill just didn't do it for me.
