so any of you guys working on a movie whiplash(outside of L.Marvel because his is done)what if any headsculpt are you going to use for the armored head?

Thanks..i was reviewing the final battle in IM 2. Whiplash has a back skirt like the front. So i need to add that to him now. i got to get another silver samurai for parts.

If I could be lucky enough to find the concept drone, I plan to cast the head, and use the existing to hopefully hollow out and use as a helmet over the Ivan head or make a flip down mask out of it.
On a side note, I don't think any custom is ever really done. There is always some part or feature the artist didn't think of or over looked that the next guy will get on into infinity. There is about 1525 other things I would love to add. #1 being an LED in the chest. I can wire Transformers till the cows come home, I just don't think I have the patience to wire a 4" figure.

concept drone head is round like a basketball. I tried to shape it but major fail..lol. i was looking at Whiplash in clips from the movie his head is same shape of the hammer drones but just a little wider.

The batteries and switch actually went in the lower torso. I wish my PC had not taken a shit last year, I lost all the WIP pics as well as the finished pics. I just happened to have this pic in my photobucket. I don't even have a way to contact the buyer to get a pic of him completed. He had LED eyes, the one hand, and chest .

Truthfully, the hardest part was routing wires through the arm without losing articulation. Had to drill a channel through like seven parts!

If I were to wire him up I would have him in a permanent attack pose and use the string Led's? (Forget what they are called) but since there is 0 space in the chest/ torso everything will have to be housed on the bottom of the jetpack.

String Leds? Do you mean EL wire? For the whips would be cool.

I use EL wire a lot, lately for a Dark of the Moon Jolt custom:

You need an extra component to run them, a voltage inverter.

I started one but haven't done any work on it in awhile. I was using a Quorra head with eyes added.
