yep. its been fine for the 5 years we have been here, but the tenant downstairs moved out randomly never to be heard from again (i can only assume she ran off with her boyfriend to the us and said screw you to Canada and her responsibilities here)

now its smokers heaven 24/7

the landlord is actually a decent guy he has gone to talk to them but realistically all he can do is ask them to stop in the house, he cant force them. that is just how the law works here. if they refuse he has told us he will let us out of the rental agreement immediately no questions.

i do not think he even knows they allow more then 2 people live here tbh..so they could even be booted if he finds that out....

we will be temp moving tomorrow to a motel down the street which has offered to put us up for a month at a discounted rate. so, thats something to be grateful and happy about.

Swear to God this works - I bought a PC cabinet from a chain smoker. The cabinet, as expected, was stinking up my room. I kept it out in the sun for 2 days and it became absolutely fine, no smells. What the sun might do to the paint or the plastic in the figures is debatable.

Can someome tell me which x force wolverine is better? I have the first series one, but I'm on the fence about getting the XF 3 pack. If the 3 pack one is better then I would be happy to pick it up cuz I need that deadpool. Don't wanna get it if the series 1 is better

IMHO the X-Force three pack one is better. It uses the new Astonishing Wolverine mold which is much better size and proportion wise for the character than the first series single pack one. Although I like the silver color on the first release one better than the gray color on the three pack one.

I used the single card x force wolverine to go with the cyclops x force since that series was done silver and black. The 3 pack wolverine (grey and black) better mold that goes well for uncanny x force.
