Decided to go with lord marvel and make my Loki bad ass. He just needs a decent staff now. I'll try to get a savage oppress or whomever has a decent staff. Maybe mess around with that cube as well to fit between the blade

Probably just trying to cross-promote since marketing will be ramping up for the movie soon. The actual movie figures are street dated for 2/27, so still a couple months out. Pre-orders are supposed to go live on online retailer sites on 1/27.

It really isn't much, but it made a world of difference. I moved him from the back of the bus to the front of the shelf next to thanos.

He does look quite awesome with a cape. Glad I bought extras of Doom to make damaged Doombots (with Dollar Tree Teminators) I'll grab a cape and join the bandwagon!

Sorry, I wasn't trying to bust your balls man. I thought maybe there was a reason behind needing four of them. I'm not as up-to-date with comics as I used to be .

Not a collector, seen him back hanging around the other scalpers. One day saw him buy 6 of one figure, not sure what line it was, it was near the DCU stuff. The supervisor/manager tried to set a new rule where they can't let people buy whole cases but it was quickly ruled that you just can't take the whole box to the cashier, you have to take the stuff out of the box and into a cart. So since he got a cart and the case only had 1 kind of figure, he allowed him to buy all 6 of them. Then he even bought both the Marvel Comic Packs with Deadpool and Taskmaster.
Unfortunately, I couldn't at least buy one of the deadpool packs to help out someone here who might've still (or still does) need it. |

What, have I seen assholes before? Yeah, they hang out near the Hot Wheels, and watch my every move when I look for anything. I had one following me around once in case I might set something down. I left a movie series Thor in the LEGO aisle to see if he'd take the bait.

I see that too sometimes, it's horrible. That's why i never put anything down unless i'm certain I wont get it. I put a DOTM camo colored star scream down thinking maybe not...but maybe...FUCK its gone already.

When I see a sweaty, unshowered HotWheels collector hawking me, if i have a Treasure Hunt in my hand I bend and rip the card then put it back on the shelf in front of them, lol. |

I was at TRU today and I see this little kid and his mom... IDK... they must have been having a postponed Christmas shopping session or returned something and had to use the credit or whatever... anyway... I see him looking in the MU section (I was waiting for him to go away so I could linger there, lol).
He had a Guardians of The Galaxy pack and two or three MU figs (one of which was Spider-woman) and he was trying to decide if that was what he really wanted. Anyway, he was taking kinda long so I go to the Joe section in the next aisle and when I come back they are gone and the Guardians 3 pack and MU figs are still there in a pile. Then I go to the register and see them there... the kid got a MU Sentinel instead. Smart kid. LOL. Seriously, that is the first time I saw a kid buying MU stuff at TRU... it is usually suspicious dudes always checking out the MU section. LOL. |

I remember hearing something about those "treasure hunt" cars. Exactly how rare are they? They seem to keep people coming back to the toy aisles. I would have figured an employee at the store would catch wind of something like that and snatch them up when they restocked.
Yeah in WalMarts and the like the stockers definitely swipe them. I find them in oddball places, K-marts, Big Lots, Walgreens. I have two in the car in fact that I found yesterday. Two! I hear of collectors saying they've gone years without finding one. I've probably found 2-300 of them in the last 5-6 years, without really trying hard. I just keep my eyes peeled when I'm out. Nowadays they have a green stripe on the card so the are fairly easy to spot. |

Well, if your a half retarded diecast collector they must be kinda rare, I just sold a few on Ebay. One sold for $24 plus shipping. So for me it feeds my MU, dollar in, 24 out? I'm game.

Oh, to keep things on topic:
Do you think the ToyBiz Broods (93-94ish) would be too large for MU? I'll grab a couple pics for comparison with whatever I have lying around..... |
