@fed up thanks for the comments as for the coughing and stuff thats permanant as I have Cystic Fibrosis which acts up a lot more in the cold weather , Cnt help the accent unfortunatly lol

My haul from this past week. Thundercats and Starwars from stores. XMO Gambit from a ma and pa store, price tag was $4.99! Most epic MU haul from a local collector $100 out the door!

The pair went for $132.50 on eBay. That's $66.25 a piece! I refuse to pay $70 for each of these lame figures just to complete my Thor collection! In 2-5 years, there's no way they'll still be fetching that price. It's just because it's not going to be ordered anymore and people think it's their last chance. No one can really want these to play with that bad.

abso-freaking-lutely. some collector/OCD types get suckered into this vicious, expensive, silly cycle and no one can stop them. you learn the hard way.

let your kids run into the wall a few times and soon enough they'll figure out the wall hurts. that's all you can do.

Just do it, at least you're using the cash to buy more figures. I about shit a brick when I looked and found out Arkham Asylum Bane is 4 times what I paid for it, I might be putting it on evilbay since no one here would be wanting it anyway.

Yes, Decent. Maybe in my old age I am becoming harder to impress XD. I am more into getting DC that I am getting MU until the new new new NEW waves hit. I will be shitting bricks for a week when I get Kraven and Punisher lol. As for kicking PP ass...joking or not, not really a necessary comment :P.

$20 is the absolute most I will pay for a figure... SHIPPED! Thats $10 for your gas and time. I was contemplating $25 for Loki but since he is in the Avengers movie he will make a nice segway(sp) between two movie displays.

I TOTALLY agree. I try my best not to spend more than $20, and that's variant only. Everything else just gets re-released in a revision pack or gets a comic or other combo pack. Or, a store late to restock has it, grocery or drug store. I did spend $65 for XFAA, but I got the subscription, and I do use it.

A couple of times I've bought from lcs, and found later at retail.
