Yup. Just followed Jin Saotome's tutorial and I had to mix the paint since I couldn't find clear purple. I mixed tamiya acylic clear paint with purple. I watered it down so it still keeps that translucent look.

Since they announced a Longshot figure at toyfair, I decided to get him. There are some more ML BAF I'm looking for and I think he fits ok with the scale and my x-men. It would be sweet if they released a Spiral figure.

i came across x3 Comic Hydra Troopers today at TRU and had to pass because of my non existent toy budget for the next month or two. it was hard to leave them behind, but i managed to live w myself. BAF Giant Man tapped me out.

worst part is there was the 'buy 2 get 1 free' promo. haha.

dude, it was a crazy test. when i pulled the trigger on Giant Man, i knew i was gonna end up finding something later that i'd have to resist. sure enough. bam. in my face. the very next day.

I have a WiP display base/dio that has an industrial feel to it,if you go to my collection pics,you can see it there,for the floor id reccommend the wire mesh you get for motor vehicle body repair,it looks great glued onto the floor,you can then paint it,rub it with sandpaper and it has a nice worn look to it,then for the walls just use as much cabling and pipe of diferent diameters as you can,google images will be your best friend for reference material...

So, today after work, stopped by my local walmart, looked around and stuff, wasn't in the mood to buy anything except the usual cherry coke and gummi bears for late-night drinking games with the friendos, when I see the bullseye/Daredevil comic pack on the peg. So I was all, meh, but on closer inspection I realized it was a returned item and both figures were missing their heads. Yeah...... Some bastard.

Also: Dat b-day party, kinda wanna...

Curious if anyone needs Psylocke still? Picked up 3 for some trade fodder with friends, only 1 wants her and I have one, so back to Target these 2 will go for the near $10 she cost me. I could ship loose much easier than on card as I am out of boxes. But would do either or. $10 + shipping pretty much covers it for me.
