Since '89 when I started reading X-Men it was his hands. Never seen a containment suit that used the chest. The hands are so much easier to aim lol.

I'll post a few pics of the mod Sunday when I'm back in the shop. I used the technique for my custom MU "Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Blacksmith". I have a yellow IM blast effect magnetically attached to a custom "enchanted" skillet I scratch built for him. The blast effect is supposed to represent molten Velveeta cheese!

I'm a little unclear on your position regarding the Summers clan, could you be less ambiguous please.

He never fired anything from anywhere but his hands- there was always this cool circular energy effect from his chest though, as he powered up.

Anyone deriding the only cool Summers Brother, Alex, has not read War of Kings- he can play "human starship weapon" against heavy cruisers! He just has to hold back his power too much on Earth, as it's only got two settings- shake n bake and incinerate.

Fun fact- Havok and Cyclops are not only immune to each other's powers they can fire energy into each other, amplifying it and giving one of them a massive blast- it's how they beat Sinister, back when he was threattening (for a goth Frankenberry, anyway).

That's what I remembered, the concentric rings emanating from his chest. I googled a bunch of pics and most show the chest rings only but a few show the chest rings and hands energized. Cool to know!

I was thinking of making some chest rings from a frosted vinyl report cover...no idea hoe to attach it without glueing it on though.

Maybe have it insert into his torso swivel?

Cool, I'll look for Spirit Tracker.

Also, I fixed my drone hand using the paperclip method Tiberius posted with his Gambit mod.

Anybody want to trade Vision (colored) or Nick Fury for Hawkeye & Piledriver MOC?

I don't care if Fury or Vision are loose as long as good condition w/ nice paint.

I am so appreciating these figure right now!
