So the seller is based in the US, apparently, and apparently this is a Walmart Exclusive though it doesn't say so anywhere on the packaging.

Could it be a dated box just beginning to ship? Does Walmart ever pay attention to those dates?

Based on the information at hand, I'd say this is going to be released in Walmarts in the next month, or more likely two, but the ones we're seeing everywhere were the overseas versions so far.

That's how it happened with Wave 17, overseas pictures first, month or 2 later, LCS and online stores, several weeks after that, retail. (Though I think the retail release was greatly offset by the holiday/year end resets).

I'd be happily surprised if Walmarts started stocking these sets next week...

Hopefully it's not like that holiday gift set that was hard as shit to find and only around for a BRIEF period...

I agree, there's a thing called photoshop which anybody can use to manipulate photos and try to sell "real" items, happens to tons of ppl on ebay everday. So you can see why some arkers would be worried about fakes or false advertising. I wouldn't be so harsh on fellow collectors and arkers, especially someone new to toyark, as your membership can be removed just as easily as you signed up. And that is directed to Hurricane, not LM, nobody would get rid of you.

Im gonna have to pay my step kids to clean everybody. It's a several hour process. I don't even know how many guys I have at this point. MODOK and the AIM soldiers, my hyrda army and the x men are out of frame. THey're on top of that shelf. My wife hates when my ML guys fall off the shelf and attack her. Fantomex is notorious for that
