Its actually the captain britain one that has the thigh swivels. Out depends on how classic you want. LapuLapu brings a good point to the waist swivel spidey and the hands. Personally for me, I like the one from the captain britain pack because the colors are a bit more vibrant. Both versions are good, it just depends on what your looking for.

For black suit spidey, I swapped the legs and hands from dr strange. The perfect black suit spidey imo.

Noodlechow did a good combination of the waist swivel spidey with the showdown spidey to get the perfect articulation.

And that phoenix custom is bada$$. The head mold, flames and open hands is something I want to do with my phoenix.

About Cap Brit I could not agree more and I have the MU one in his classic suit but everytime I see the 2 pack I kinda want that one too. as far as Cap A goes I don't care for the boots on the ultimate one from the MU line because he is almost close enough to be comic accurate but isn't

MU Captain Britain single pack is the one to go with if you want a Cap Britain.

Thanks LM. I highly suggest doing it for thigh swivels and rocker ankles. A quick tip for the dr strange hands swap, the peg on the dr strange hands are a little bit smaller but they fit in ok. I used the tie wraps as webbing to fit into the hands to take up more space.

IMO, hasbro NEEDS to do classic spidey with rocker ankles, hands like dr. strange, and the neck pivot.

Plus he is not too tall like the newer molds, he has sculpted web lines versus the painted ones and I dont think he is expensive like the SDCC one. Hope that helps.
I miss having that version of Spidey. My first MU purchase was the Spider-Man/Thunderball cp and The Punisher with black gloves and boots. I loved that Spidey and actually played with it all that afternoon. He was the right size and he actually had sculpted webs on his costume. Unfortunately his arm broke off and I had to replace him with the Capt. Britain pack but I really don't care for it because everyone of the Spideys I've seen that have painted black lines have terrible paint apps.

I used the mike weiringo-style head plus this body for my modern spidey. I haven't been too crazy about any of the MU spidey heads thusfar. The closest to acceptable was the target exclusive with the larger eyes (and the metallic goblin). I'll post pics when I get home.

I've seen it as low as $15, but not lately. I stopped checking my K-Marts though...

If you don't want to have to build a spidey, the super-articulated one from the spidey line is often overlooked. It's not quite as cool as the capt britain 2 pack articulation wise, but it has a cooler headsculpt. It doe have painted webs but manages to be in scale without looking too wide like the first mu spidey.

No not really. When posing in the wide stance, I just position the upper thigh in a way where the hole is moved up towards his hip then swivel the leg back down.

Also, note that the dr. strange legs are a bit bulkier than the original ones but having rocker ankles ROCK!!!

The whole line is overlooked. I totally forgot about that one. The head sculpt is cool.

Having just opened the Adam Warlock / Thanos comic pack, I gotta say this is by far the best comic pack MU has ever put out.

Hell, these two figures are some of the best figures in the line period. Adam Warlock hits all the right notes in terms of articulation (rocker ankles!), the colors really pop, the head sculpt is amazing and the accessories kick ass.

And Thanos... well, Thanos was awesome before, but that new head sculpt is miles ahead of the old one, what an amazing head sculpt. Dig the new gold color too.

It makes the Gambit / Sinister two pack look amateurish, imo. I see a lot of people passing on Warlock / Thanos for Gambit / Sinister and I think that's a big mistake -- Hasbro actually went the extra mile to make this Thanos worth having even if you already have the old one.

The comic in the Warlock / Thanos pack brought back some fond memories too, lol.

I've been waiting to grab this for months now and it's been entirely worth the wait.

It truely is a great CP. If they threw in say, rocker ankles on thanos. That would just be great. Could harvest them to easily fit into people like juggy. We're not all wizards with plastic
