Thanks

I wanted to be more comic accurate, but I couldn't make a ponytail like that. I tried implanting a plug of doll hair into the head but that just made a mess.

thought i'd pass this along in hopes that an Arker scores this auction:

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

$24.99 shipped for Showdown Thing, MU Moon Knight, Hand Ninjas, Punisher, Spidey w Motorcycle, etc.

I just saw this on eBay... i'd be so stoked to pick this up if I didn't already have the figs I like from this lot.

thanks bro for the push let me know if you want those hand ninjas, they are not what I'm army building

Also folks Question: would you all say that the closest Spider-man figure to resemble Mark Bagley's art, non ultimate, would be the Spidey from the Sentry 2 Pack or do I need to headswap?

Heck ya it would, they have a minimates version out for them...Would be nice if Hasbro took some of it the ideals from them and incorporated into their line.

Needed a distraction from my Mr.Freeze custom I'm working on (6") so I decided to finally rip my maskless Cap A out of his card! Great sculpt like most Avengers figures but seriously lacking in articulation so I spent about an hour and added some:
  • Waist rotation
  • Wrist hinge/rotation
  • Ankle swivel/rocker

Sooooo much better! A little clean up and paint and he'll be ready to rock and roll:

Went out hunting today and was hoping to find a MU Absorbing man (Steel)! Could not find him, so decided to get figures that I passed on before! Got the MU 2 pack with Sentry/Spidey! I think really got this MU 2 pack mostly because I did not have Sentry! Good luck hunting, Arkers!

so, after recieving Enchantress and Klaw in the mail from ebay, i wanted to see what it looked like with all the secret wars figs in one place. Needless to say i took some creative liberties with the heroes side

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Also, i just realized NOW that the MU Hulks hands are large enough to pick up other MU figs.

Looks to me like he could use the House of M Spidey head. That one has BIG eyes.

So awesome! I wish I had the gumption to start creating characters with awesome articulation like this. Too bad I can hardly cut open the packages for other people!

If you're an opener, I'd highly recommend re-painting Sentry's lips. I think that's probably the first thing people do when they open that pack.

Wow! Secret Wars battle! All you need is a Beyonder and you have an awesome classic setup!

I never knew that about OG Hulk. Makes him a cooler figure for sure!

That's killer! Do yourself a favor an snag a Showdown Dr. Octopus and your villains will be set! Except of course the Beyonder and Galactus.

@PeterParker: Thanks dude! No other figures were used in doing the mods, I went totally old school like I used to do my SW figs in the Eighties: fish hooks and bras rods!

that was a thought, but he wasnt part of the two packs. Or, i could go for the gusto and add the secret wars II lineup.

edit: secret wars two was nuts and filled with way too many obscure characters.....

True, but neither was Wrecker! Don't pick and choose man, your villains are out numbered! Hmmm, you need the Lizard too!

I love to see a Beyonder in MU scale, just to see the sweatsuit and Members Only jacket in that scale, heh....

Not so much action figure related. Def marvel though, and well Wolverine does look like he is 3 3/4" tall. Who wants to see end result?

Yes. Yes it would. Since it will never happen, that's why I'm making these. I've got a dog and a kid Boba figure ready to repaint and flesh out the team.
