I believe those are batch numbers to identify which manufacturing batch they were produced in, so they can track potential QC issues. Most toys have something similar these days. The one that didn't have it is probably due to a missing paint app.

I still can't figure out how they came up with that Skrull costume. Closest I can tell is it might be the Super Skrull from the Ultimate Universe.

Ultimate U. has regular Skrulls AND Chitauri.

I was bored and suffering from withdrawal from Plastic Crack addiction. Made this "guy" from two different Redakai figs ( clearance ftw! ). Im surprised no one is demanding to Hasbro to make this character since "he" is a major villian. ( Im not gonna name "him" , Im gonna let my Arker bros figure it out , hoping that they will recognize "him" , crosses fingers )





( I think my Iphone cam is color blind that blue is supposed to be purple , I made him purple and green instead of the pink/green template. Also Im keeping those insect wings till I find some bat wings , kinda weird for an Insectoid character to have a mammal's wings oh well , Make mine Marvel!! )
