I got somthing to share. Not pictures of my MU, but close.
Starting work on an ambitious Diorama project. I plan on using my parents basement for this badboy. Below is a blueprint for this thing, no inch scales yet but it'll give you an idea for the grand scale of this thing. ![]() Its basically a square block from New York. Has an alley, hopefully a ghostbusters firehouse(Not ripping off omega, I came up with the idea without even seeing his photos. pure coincidence for wanting it, lol) Baxter building is going to be used, with preferably Galactus ontop of it, a homage to him building the world devouring machine in the original lee/kirby epic. I got sentinel placement labeled, and a big hulk crater. its an ambitious project, and currently I'm researching building materials. I'm thinking of ditching my original idea for styrofoam buildings and going for milk crates with covering, lol. if I manage to get ahold of an old gijoe defiant or crusader shuttle, I can have a quinjet crash

It'll prolly take a long time, cause i'm actually looking at other playsets also to include. Like the toybiz Kingpin Crime Empire playset. It was the top of his building from the spidey 90s animated series, and it opened up to be this semi big playset, and I was thinking "Wow, that would be neat to add. kinda weird that its on the same block as the baxter building"

Some of the Marvel Legends had the Sentinel bases. I think he got that from the lot of 3 that was recently on eBay. You can find just the bases from them on eBay

I think I've stumbled upon some of your pictures elsewhere and loved it... obviously.

^ Thanks. That Spawn Alley playset is so perfect for MU figures it's ridiculous. I can't believe it was originally made for 6" figures.

Forget ebay!
http://www.diecastmodelcars.com/adva...d=jada&x=0&y=0 You want "model masters" or Jada toys here 1:18 cars are going for $50! DUDE! They've got MU scale dicast batmobiles for $65! http://www.diecastmodelcars.com/adva...ord=ut&x=0&y=0 Look at that this! I'm thinking SHIELD Flying Car! http://www.diecastmodelcars.com/2004...z06-p-256.html For $36.25, you cant go wrong! Last edited by Jason Abbadon; 08-08-2011 at 05:35 PM.. |

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/JADA-TOYS-DUB...item439e867aad, but the shipping is rediculous |

behindthemask, a lot of those playset options you've posted are cool, but are much too small. The Marx stuff is for sure waaaaayyyyyyyyy too small for MU, so is the Spider-Man Sky Rider playset. I'd say the only real viable options for what Nexodusrex is after are the X-Men Danger Room and Lady Liberty playsets, but neither of those are really city/urban.

I was just merely giving options as playsets, it's up to him to buy w.e suits his diorama, frankly the vehicles and lamp posts were the main things I wanted him to see. But if I had the money I'd just buy a 3d carving machine someone on here posted what their neighbour did with his and looked amazing.

I remember reading an article in 2005 saying those sorts of machines would be affordable consumer products by 2013. Think about what you could do! That could concieavably hurt the toy industry in the long run though. Oh well.
